The symbols on the garment reminded me of the doorways into some Chinese restaurant- or Chinese gambling or opium den. But the overall look is quite bizarre. Somewhat reminiscent of the Mao-style collars favored by Hillary and the material appears to be some kind of latex/rubber such as might be found in German fetish clubs? The excess amount of zippers gives a quasi-military look and does the slight padding which reminds me of the Chi-Coms PLA quilted uniform used in the Korean Conflict.

Before Corona, I would have said that was the reason that China couldn't win a tariff war with us.  They need our meat in their mouths.  Corona?  That might sink my previous opinion.  But then again, the Chinese are a dirty fucking people who put nasty things on their plate.
