It's supposed to be on Netflix streaming, but I can't find it.  Am I too early?
So Netflix will be streaming the premiere tonight?
I was thinking of Hulu, but if Netflix will have it tonight, I might go with them. Can someone please confirm?

Plus, you got a certain tingle when Mulder says "I love you Scully."
You're a 'shipper! Admit it. :)

Am I the only one hearing two shows at once? Fucking Keith and Richard too busy looking at this thread to notice. What a mess.
Wow. It really happened. I had to come here to see if it was my computer having a seizure. That was unreal. Two shows playing at the same time, and apparently no one (i.e., Keith) doing anything about it. Sheesh!

My tea leaves say that in the near future may be some choice words between RCH and Keith.

Hi, everyone!
Thoroughly enjoying tonight's show. Nanotechnology and AI is one of my favorite subjects, and Charles Ostman is always entertaining. And Heather is asking many of the questions I would ask.

OK, I'm finally weighing in on this beef deal. The best I've had was grass-fed, organically raised beef with no hormones or antibiotics used. It was expensive but damn was it good!  :P
There's no substitute for real food. :)

Peniston made the plaster castings, not Halt, Bill.
Bill gets the facts wrong pretty often. A good story teller, not a good reporter of facts.

Nowadays, Matsuzaka beef rates better than Kobe beef in Japan.
I have to agree. I had Matsuzaka beef a couple of times, and I liked it better than Kobe beef. But right now I'd "settle" for a nice Kobe beef steak.  ;)

I just cant do raw meat. Fish, yes, but meat, I just can't.
I understand. Raw meat eaters are uncommon in the U.S., although I must say, I do not recommend that anyone eat raw meat/eggs/poultry grown conventionally. It's loaded with nasty chemicals, and probably full of pathogenic bacteria. Gross.

If you're going to eat raw animal products, they MUST be from a clean, trusted source.

But dude, we are talking X-Files here. Don't bother with the monster shows. Just watch the ufo related ones.
That would speed it up. But in my opinion, "Squeeze" "Tooms" and "Irresistible" are must-watch episodes,.

One must also crack a raw egg on it for a good steak tartar. It is, basically, a I'm going prion and bacterial or viral situation. And, guess, what? It tastes good and, maybe, you are stronger for it. I like Filet Americain sandwiches. ha.
I try to eat steak tartar about once a month, but sometimes I go three months without (good meat is expensive). Raw eggs almost every day, and the occasional raw chicken. Unfortunately, brains can't be found anywhere around here. :(

Complete BS, but I think it is a good show. Heather is doing well.
Agreed. I've never believed most of what Bill Birnes says, but I think he's an entertaining guest. And of course, Heather is handling him very well.

Yeah I couldn't believe that when I heard it - an Art Bell listener who didn't watch at least the first five seasons...go figure...
I won't hold it against GS. I chalk it up to his youth.  ::)

I've decided to wait. I am not in the mood to start watching that many shows right now. Last year I cut the cable off, and weaned myself from the television. I don't want to get sucked back in to the boob tube right now.

I read the wiki entry for the show, and I think it would be something I could enjoy... Just not right now. MV needs the Adsense revenue for all of those diapers.

Praise MV!
I understand. I stopped watching TV about ten years ago, sold it and never missed it. About five years ago, a friend loaned me one when I was very sick, and did watch a few hours (can't remember what) over the course of a month. He never pick it up, so it's been stored away gathering dust. My project for the weekend is to clean it up and  connect it. I don't have cable, so think I'll have to attach rabbit ears or something.
Anything for The X Files. I can hardly wait! :)

202 episodes. I'll never make it.
What season/episode are you at so far? I hope that you at least make it through the end of Season 3.

I don't have time to discuss. I have to binge watch the X-Files.

😎
So, there's hope.  ;D

You must start with Episode 1. Enjoy.

Yup--we need to explore why HH does not do this as he is a proven host. Why is there a cover-up?
Ooooh, yeah! Let's start a conspiracy theory about why Howard Hughes is not an internationally known radio personality. He has all the "goods," so what's keeping him from being super famous?  Hmmm. . .

Discuss.

Well I think the interview went ok, obviously I am going to be overly self-critical but it's my first proper radio interview and Howard was an absolute gent. I asked as many questions from the forums as I could get away with, so I hope they answer some of your questions.

I'll include the links for the full four hours in a separate post.
Gledders:
Nice interview! I really enjoyed it, and thanks for asking my question. Howard sounds like such a nice guy, and I've have been a fan oh his show since I first heard it. I hope that "The Unexplained" will be around for many years to come.

You did a great job with the interview, and also have a nice voice. I only have one minor quibble: the sound levels of your voice and Howard's were very different. Your voice sounded loud an clear, but Howard's voice was much fainter. A small technical issue that I imagine can easily be corrected in the future. But overall, good questions, and obviously very good rapport.

. . . I've never seen the X-Files.
Dang it, GS! Now you've done it. With that sentence, you have demolished any chance for you and me becoming an item EVER. I hope you're satisfied.
