The only internet I can get up in the woods is satellite and it is too expensive for not enough ddata plan. I am probably going to invest in a cell extender so I can at least get cell data at my property. At night I can barely find a station that will even pull in C2C without fading in and out.

There are some fm stations I can get pretty well out of waco and some other central texas towns.

Depending on your location and demand (need not reveal) you might be able to work a deal with a celltower. I knew someone who got one up and they maintain a road for maintenance on tower and some payment/deal also. Not as good as a pipeline going through or a gas lease type of deal but know reception and 'free' road maintenance and some kind of mailbox money.

Nononono...  She couldn't find anything she liked, even at Nordstrom's.  I suggested that she look at it some very fashionable Chucks but she wanted to be all pretty and girl like. I guess that was never an issue at the Wade household.
