Worst pizza ever in a sit down restaurant !

My girlfriend had fond memories of going into their old location in Walnut Creek & we had gone in there once and had good pizza.

But ... any relation to good pizza and THIS pizza remains to be found.

If it were possible to give a ZERO rating that's what we'd give this place.

We paid $ 34.95 for a large pizza & a pitcher of root beer and had to wash the stuff down with multiple glasses of root beer & water and then went to Target and bought cold 7 UP to kill the heartburn and the hideous taste !

The pizza dough was cooked on the outside and undone on the inside.

The pizza sauce had no taste to it, no spices in it and a horrible aftertaste to it that we couldn't identify.

The meat was tasteless and had no flavor to it, the bell peppers were withered.

We ate most of the pizza because we were hungry, but we took the remaining slices and gave them to a homeless guy who hangs around the 7-11 near where my girlfriend lives.

They do have multiple tv screens where I could keep track of the baseball scores which was nice and the root beer was ok, but we'd NEVER come back here for a pizza.

It was so bad that when I got home I had to take a Prilsec  to try to stop the acid reflux from it.

And we've eaten at Melo's and Zachary's which has great pizza. This stuff was worse than Pizza Hut's which so far is the 2nd worst I've ever found.

I noted a review from May A. where she compares it to school cafeteria pizza. Well, my first job was at my high school cafeteria where they made fresh cinnamon rolls & fresh pizza slices daily and it was great.

Of course that was 44 years ago and in Las Vegas where they know how to make great food.

Obviously standards in quality of food have plummeted since then across the country.
My Father was an excellent professional chef with 40+ years of experience, so I have
a pretty good idea of how restaurants and the food service industry works and am not a bad cook myself.

Avoid this place unless you LIKE heartburn and indigestion !!!

Thanks for the links damon, but I have no time to watch him, and to use internet data on him, internet data is not really the issue but there is so many other informative or funny entertaining things I could watch so therfore Senda is not deserving my attention.

George has a lot of problems, it's clear from this video, it's actually a little sad. Which is why I try not to pick on him. Dude is constantly broke, has only Kathy for companionship, etc etc

That one is fun but I love the Chinese Food review.

They had a deal that if you bought a large amount of food at one time you would get some extra food.
Well Falkie figured that over time he had purchased that amount of food so he deserved the free food.

Also he said once that he gave the Dominoes guy $2 but he never once bitched about the $2 he spent on the delivery.
