Dietrich is in a state of desperation which explains his current behavior. He is not fooling anybody. He knows he is running out of time and money but he has accomplished nothing. Soon he will face the gates of hell along with his partners in crime. On that day Trump will be laughing.

Dietrich cannot handle scrutiny.  His only reaction to anyone researching his claims and using facts to dispute them, is to attack them using lies and slander.  His goal is no longer to achieve the notoriety he once craved.  His exposure as a fraud has made that impossible.  He now plans to use Pavel Eduard and the rest of his cult followers to create his own website and private server where he can broadcast his bullshit free from any negative comment or fact-based scrutiny. 

Dietrich will continue to demand his cult followers fund his intentions indefinitely. And eliminate any medium from which his detractors can defend themselves from his slander.  He has demonstrated that he is simply incapable of "re-creating" himself as a personae.  Rather than actually conducting an academic process of research of any relevant topic, he spends dozens of hours paraphrasing the writings of others which he rarely lists as being the source.  The only original material he continues to present are his old lies seasoned with intermittent revisions of slander.

In my opinion, his next big downfall will likely be involving his "book" deal with Peter Moon.  Moon will create a work of fiction involving Dietrich but designed more toward his own legacy and financial gain because Dietrich has nothing to offer Moon with regard to any evidence with which to create a convincing fictional work.  Dietrich is likely to realize he has very little creative control over Moon and the outcome will be a book that Dietrich himself is dissatisfied with on many levels.  Dietrich is unlikely to take this well and Peter Moon will disassociate himself from Dietrich while Dietrich slanders him for years.

I prefer to deconstruct and then mock him - or just mock him because he fucking deserves it.  But if you think "showering him with praise and adulation" would have any effect, I say knock yourselves out.  It might result in a few laughs but I doubt it would have any effect.
