Personally I hate listening when it doesn't involve UFOs. As for George he came here 30 mins before MITD started yesterday and said something to the effect that we should be happy with our new host. I genuinely thinks he's happy for him.

That was the feeling that I got from George.  I suppose he might actually like Dave and wish him the best.  It was very interesting to have him pop in for that short time...  Also, somewhat classy for him not to tell the world who Ian was replacing on the weekend and torpedoing Dave and Keith's surprise (he certainly could have.)
