I have a suggestion to "save you money"(TM).  I suggest you buy a cheap, one way ticket to LA.  You then proceed to enjoy your vacation, relax in the sun and paddle in the Pacific at Santa Cruz.  When you get bored of your holiday (or run low on funds) confront George.  Get arrested and deported at the expense of the American taxpayer.  You can have all of the great memories and then experience one of the great American traditions- using the government to supply things that you should have paid for yourself.
