baQa'!  No one's mentioned Star Trek? Next Generation??

All In The Family
-More Carroll O'Conner, In the Heat of the Night

The Avengers

The Untouchables
  -More Robert Stack, Unsolved Mysteries

The Fugitive  "A Quinn Martin Production!"

BBC America plays a lot of Star Trek TNG, and I can't turn away when it is on because they play some of the older episodes which is great. The one show I really miss seeing on tv is Taxi.

Heilsa,All!!
Yust wish to throw in some really obscure show by the maker of "Twenty thousand leagues to the bottom of the swimming pool"A.K.A."Voyage to the bottom of the Sea!"{starring great Richard Baseheart'}..My most obscure:
Irwin Allan's"The New People"starring the cast of later"Mod Squad",one season,i think, abc, extremeley interesting "s.f.?"show based on ripping off 'lord of the flies',the novel!!
Roumoured to have been filming second season when ABC pulled Allan's plug.
Any-one remember this,or,Julie Newmarr's"My Living Doll"???
"B_B"

The first year and much of the second were quite good. They played it straight. Plots by Russia, the Chinese and unnamed foreign enemies and Nelson, Crane, Kowalski, & Sharkey fighting spies.
The the network told Allen to do the monster/creature/ghost/dinosaur/GIANT dinosaur of the week and the rest was miser.
Allen got to use a lot of footage from his earlier films which saved him money & I watched one episode where he used footage from Columbia's Earth vs. The Flying Saucers to show a saucer crashing on Earth.
The diving bell can be seen on the roof of a diving shop in San Diego & fans have built full scale working models of the Flying Sub, The Jupiter ][ & other craft from his shows as well as working rc models of the Seaview.

I start to feel really old when I find an old show and remember that not only did I see it when it was new but see cars out there from the 1950's and early sixties and can remember when THEY were new and in some cases what they cost qnd seeing the original commercials for them. My Mother bought a yellow Chevy convertible new in 1967 for $3,000 cash, a huge sum in those days.
I went to a comics con in 1994 or so in Oakland and at the same table were Grace Lee Whitney, Yvonne Craig ( and her sister, who was even cuter than she was ) and Julie Newmar.
Behind them were 2 TOS actors who played in A Piece of The Action and The Enterprise Incident.
And I remember My Living Doll as well as the several incarnations of the Bob Cummings Show.
For years on Post Street there was an office door that said Bob Cummings Vitamin Company. It always seemed to be closed though when I walked by.

MeTV has Taxi.  Two episodes every Tuesday night.

Just love how I can get the old shows for free via OTA.  So much better than cable or satellite.  They're almost as bad as having to pay to listen to Noory.

I hardly watch tv, and was unaware we had that one... and the Nation Geographic channel just showed up too. The problem with it is much like the Sy-Fy/Hystory channel it shows stuff that has nothing to do with its name, and all I saw was a show about drug dealers.
