When 50% of the population pays no income tax or actually gets tax “refunds” back that are higher than what was deducted, any statistics that try to equate the amount of tax cuts is going to be skewed.

50% of the people will see NO tax cut because they pay no taxes.

Since 100% of the income taxes are paid by the other 50% in a progressive manner, I am surprised that the highest taxed will only receive 83% of the tax cuts in their model. I would have thought the number would have been closer to 99%.

I'm not claiming only the GOP get drug money, but they're certainly in no rush to change things with how much drugs cost. Trump might have campaigned on it, but it won't happen or only on loss leaders and the rest will raise to compensate.



The GDP is fundamental. How can it be left out? If money isn't in the equation how can it be judged on an efficiency/value for money basis? The USA spends far more on drugs than any other country, across the board.
