Looking forward to the live simulcast on artbell.com.

Better watch the language kiddies. Who's gonna drop the first F-bomb on artbell.com?

Well done MV. Very well deserved.

Did he really call us "vulgar potty-mouths"?

Because that's hilarious.

He called us "vicious but vaguely loveable" but I too like "vulgar potty-mouths but vaguely loveable" better.

Not yet - Art's original quote was something about Bellgab posters being 'vicious critics, but vaguely lovable'.

I'm just anticipating the aftermath of MV's show..

I guess George is still going to be on a show.

How about Tommy coming on the Spec Sheet and talking about the technology they use - and slip in a few questions about George, him, the show.  We hear (or more accurately have heard and still could hear if we wanted) George every night,  Tommy is discussed a lot, but we don't really hear much from him.

I wanna know what size dress Tommy wears and if he stuffs his bra.

MV and Curtis - Just finished listening and really enjoyed it. Not to sound goofy/sappy, but you guys are my favorite and my husband listened in as well. He really likes your podcast . What a great discussions too. Curtis, the story you shared on that creature was wild. In a wooded area in Canton, Ohio there's a place similar we'd drive to when I was a teen. Gotta say, being techie illiterate, I was surprised how interesting I found the tech talk and learned quite a bit. Thank you.

*********************************

good news and bad news.

the good news is, it looks like the spec sheet is now going to be aired regularly on art's stream at artbell.com every tuesday at 8pm eastern, 5pm pacific.

the bad news (or good, depending on you): since i will be doing the spec sheet weekly, i won't be able to alternate between it and the gabcast, meaning i'll only be appearing on the spec sheet.

the gabcast is going to continue, i think.  eddie dean has been asked to keep it going since he has the equipment and the ability, so we'll see if he decides to continue it.  feel free to pressure him as you like.  i think he wants another host, so there's that for anyone interested.

Eddie Dean, if you broadcast, I will listen. Here's some big puppy eyes to help you along in your decision...

Re: Spec Sheet - Casey Anthony: The prosecution TRIED to use those Google searches in the case, but the jury didn't buy it. The mother got on the stand and said they all used the computer, that she was searching for chlorophyll, etc. so it just didn't fly in court.

Later they discovered Casey Anthony even searched for "how to smother someone" or something even more damning even that didn't make it into court.

She was ultimately found not guilty.  :-\

I posted this in Art Bell Quits. But now it seems like 10 years ago.

I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Everything's suddenly in French. So speaking of, I guess this Private Internet Access program has decided to hide my IP in France. So I still get annoying ads that beautifully reflect my web surfing activity. They're just all in French now. Perfect.

And haha - I remember how giddy I was when I got my WebTV way back in . . . '99? It was cool.

I think that was a good show. ref the Smart Phone bit:
5 years phone service
Trac Phone from Motorola      $39.00 (5 Years ago)
1 year double minutes card    $99.00 (w/phone purchase)
Initial investment                   $138.00
4 more years of 1 year cards  $396.00
Total thru 5 years                  $534.00

total minutes for all 5 years 4000
time left on phone 1628 minutes

Regular land line phone service for 1 year
about 39.00 a month = $468.00 (and that does not include long distance calls, just all the taxes, land line fees and local service.

I still have yet to discover a need for a smart phone, I have a computer, my wife has a camera, and who wants to maintain constant availability 24/7? I don't. I never answer my phone, it is for my use, people calling me have to leave a message, and if I feel like talking I will call them back. I am not that important of a person, nor do I feel like I am an important person. Trac Phone is trying to get me to upgrade to a smart phone thru their advertising, but why would I want to make it easier on the NSA and other spy agencies to see where I am, what I'm doing, who's picture I am taking, who I am emailing, and what I am surfing. Let them look at 10 places for all that verses 1 location for all the information. I'm not even sure if my phone has a GPS tracker built in it is so old.

You should add a Spec Sheet link to the header on bellgab. The GabCast link and Spec Sheet  would both go  to UFOship.com, but a lot of people still get confused about the 2 shows and where to listen to them.
Maybe even add a link to Artbell.com streaming page as well.

Can you also add a link to my bank and a few porn sites so that I don't need to go anywhere else online? I can do everything from Bellgab.

Thanks for the follow up!  that is interesting re:Casey Anthony.  I remember setting up WebTV's for people.  it would have been in the late 90's.  Now you can find them at Goodwill for $9.99 with IR keyboard.

It's interesting how younger people (under 30 years old) rarely think about this big brother dilemma and gps tracking on all the devices today. They package and sell us on why we need these things, how they will help us in our daily lives.  The expected privacy of an individual is gone. If someone questions this publicly,  they are though of as crazy, paranoid or a criminal. It's worrisome when kids today are sharing every mundane detail about their lives online in hopes of becoming the next big reality/youtube star.

Not mocking. Jesting. ;)

I agree with your original request though. It makes sense.

MV doesn't need to include a link to my bank but some porn links would be nice.
