I long for an imaging panel
While I sit here freezing in flannel
Arcologies on a Martian plain
Would warm me through the rain
So get back on some friggin channel

Would warm me through the rain
So get back on some friggin channel
So Hoaxy needs to forthwith impanel
a master group worthy of my sportschannel
While I sit here patiently in pain
Freezing my ass off on this plain
Hurry hurry Hoaxy to figure out the control panel

They must have run out of Hoagland repeats they could air. They are starting to play the one guest hosted by Mike Spent.

IT'S OVER. Just stop pretending that you're coming back.

Dear “Other Side of Midnight” Listeners and Club 19.5 Members,
We apologize for the lack of regular updates “from the Bridge” the last few weeks; we know that this “silence” has been frustrating — we miss you as much as you miss us!
A number of long-time listeners have emailed during this “enforced hiatus,” wanting a meaningful update; here, finally, is what we can now tell all of you:
There are a LOT of “moving parts” still going on behind the scenes, regarding the future of “The Other Side of Midnight” (picture a paddling duck on a mirror calm lake … ALL the meaningful activity is unseen … UNDERWATER).
Unfortunately, at the moment, we have to continue “paddling furiously” … while we continue “being vague” ….

Is Uncle Hoaxy drownded? Or did he just run out of quotation marks and malformed ellipses? You think we should call the sheriff of New Mexico?

I think I saw malformed ellipses in some Mars geological formations.  Is this some kind of code?

Hmm, you may be on to something Zeebo; this is from the same message:

Remember:
On this Show, we have been following an Arc of History (I mean, just look at the NEWS that has occurred while we’ve been “dark” just a few weeks — and you ain’t seen NOTHIN’ yet!!!).

So we know we ain’t seen NOTHIN’ yet!!! AND we know we should continue our "independent" study of the  Arc of History.

AND we know that the libraries of history are all up on the other planets lost in the arcologies! This big announcement must be HUGE!

'Twas the night before Christmas in New Mexico
And the frost in the desert was white as the snow.
The foyer was tastefully decked with decor:
Tall dried ocotillo, a mask on the door
From Santa Fe's toniest gallery, made
To look like a Hopi kachina, displayed
To suggest a relic from some ancient rite
(The artist, I'm sorry to tell you, was white).
Some seasonal touches: a sculpted brass stag,
A candle that lit up its permanent bag,
A red-clay nativity that they both saw
One well-funded junket to Chichen Itza --
This stuff made the point that the Conscious lived here
And, just secondarily, Solstice was near.

http://www.coasttocoastam.com/article/is-this-a-spoon-on-mars

Probably just a geological anomaly I think. A spoon makes no sense since there appears to be a decomposed Chinese food container next to it, along with some fossilized wontons. Chop sticks would make sense.
