Great Train Wreck tonight!  I love that MV andd Evelyn have opposing political views, yet are respectful of the other's opinions and even seem to be (gasp!) friends!  Proof positive that a Lib and a Conservative can get along, even when they may disagree on political matters.  Warms my heart almost.

Looking forward to the next one in 2 weeks.  This podcast is going to be extremely relevant as the Presidential election heats up.

I still want a tank and grenades hanging from my belt. Does that make me bad?

And a stealth bomber.

I was kicked from chat for expressing my opinion--MV is biased. Sure--Lets all agree with MV :)

Braise MV  >:(

The chat is operated more for me to find nuggets to talk about than for you to post things that annoy me while I'm doing the show. Thus, I kick people from the live chat when they annoy me. It's easier than being bothered.

Right--exactly my point--other hosts it's OK to lambaste--but it's different now on the free speech website that MV has if you criticize certain people--that's my point--

what? I guess you disagree so I should be censured?

Again, you can say what you want on BellGab, as BellGab is not the tool I use to add audience commentary to the conversation during a live broadcast. But when someone turns that tool into a drag for me to look at, I just can't be bothered. Imagine someone poking you repeatedly in the side as you're trying to rebuild a carburetor. It's akin to that.

And this.

I like how you and Evelyn can talk in a civil way about politics. After the last few weeks, civil discussion is like cocaine to me. I really, really, really want it but it's never around.

Thanks man, and thanks to everyone else who enjoyed tonight's show. Those who didn't... well, you know.

Was the name of the show "radio train wreck" meant to manage expectations? ;-)

It was nice to have a peaceful podcast to listen to, wasn't it? Perhaps there is irony there.
