I'll give her a shot.

She can't be any worse than redacted.

I *so* have high hopes this show.

M - F 9PM Eastern in this type of genre!  I've kind of settled in with Vara at LNM but it can be pretty painful.
Plus I got booted from their chat - bunch of cliquish bitches over there.

Please don't suck Amy, please don't suck..............

BTW Amy - you may want to stay off of /x/ over on 4chan.   theOne quite often leaves you flowers
in the MiTD thread over there.    theOne, as they say, "has issues".    :o :o :o

This is actually quite an interesting story. Their "film premiere" has got to be the most cringe-worthy thing I have ever read about.

This does intrigue me.  Especially since 'Manos: The Hands Of Fate' is considered one of the worst films ever.  Perhaps we can do a BellGab version of MST3K via Skype.

Christ... a show thread DOES exist! Well, here we go..

Cool.

Glad she got that spot and not Hoagie.

This show has been in the works for a couple of months.

I'll give her a shot.

Thanks!

Give me anyone with a better fake office laugh and I'll listen.

I generally don't laugh during interviews, but with one guest I'm in talks to book, it'll certainly be a challenge.

Trying not to. If anyone wants to volunteer to help with Skype group call tests, it's about the only thing I've not tested yet.

I'm routing my show line through Skype to avoid having a desk phone and all of that needless hardware.

Not quite sure how to queue calls. I guess I'll just bring people on the call with the guest and either pot them down or mute them until it's their turn. (Seems logical.)

I'm down for a listen

A wise man once said, "Kick fucking ass!"

[High pitch] Ohhh Yeeeaaahhh!

~Crashes through a wall~

Dave is great. Listened to him a lot when I was in the UK. Didn't think about their show time. Shit. Well, give it a listen. If you like it, subscribe. I'll work hard for the money.

Good luck

Gracias!

Noted.

This is actually quite an interesting story. Their "film premiere" has got to be the most cringe-worthy thing I have ever read about.

Jackey is a great lady. I've wanted to interview her for a long time.

If you do, PLEASE let me know!

I love terrible movies.

At least need a bad movie exchange list.

Thanks. Huge MSTie myself. Want to try to get Joel, Frank, or the Rifftrax crowd on sometime. Frank's dad was JFK's adviser. He'd probably have some awesome stories.

Gotta have the use-bees. Nah. I think I updated the BIOS and chipset drivers about two months ago.

This is my rig in the dark.

I've got the Presonus desk running through a firewire PCI-E card. Multitracks to 24 bit/ 44.1.48 khz.
It's a beast. (There's my synth crap in there too. Pardon the mess.)

Thanks.

For the most part, the studio is acoustically sound, but not sound-proof. There's the absolute chance you'll hear my wiener dogs or my loud-ass Boxer-Beagle bellowing her head off if someone passes on the street. I'm running the noise gates at their max without clipping consonants. The SM7B does a great job with noise isolation too. Barks, maybe. Chair squeaks, nope. Stomach growls, nope. I'll try not to belch into the microphone but can't promise I won't burst into random song improv.

Not looking to dethrone anyone though. I have my own show, on a different network, at a different time, very intentional--- so people can tune-in to both. As always I wish her all of my best.

Yes.

It's kind of like the news. Whether ppl noticed or not, I had a distinct formula.

Hour 1 - World news, news of import

Hour 2 - Science, educational, a little weird

Hour 3 - Weirdest news, because most people will either be falling asleep or drunk and don't want a buzzkill with the latest world threat.
