Jerry Lewis has died at 91.  He had a good run though I'll confess I wasn't the biggest fan of his movies.  I liked him as a person though.  RIP.

R.I.P. Jerry.  We will miss you. :'(

I signed up for pool.    I'm going to try to clean Gabby's clock again this year!
FIFY. ;) ;D

Signed up and ready ! Gotta get some of those earbuds!
More states are making it legal to grow your own. ::)  ;D

Eclipse Countdown Until First Contact in Oregon August 21, 2017 UT

On Monday, August 21, 2017, all of North America will be treated to an eclipse of the sun.
Anyone within the path of totality can see one of nature’s most awe inspiring sights - a total solar eclipse.
This path, where the moon will completely cover the sun and the sun's tenuous atmosphere - the corona - can be seen, will stretch from Salem, Oregon to Charleston, South Carolina.
Observers outside this path will still see a partial solar eclipse where the moon covers part of the sun's disk.
NASA created this website to provide a guide to this amazing event.
Here you will find activities, events, broadcasts, and resources from NASA and our partners across the nation.

Well, the chat was short but sweet. ;)

Goodnight, me Fellow Braaapsters. ;D

KiYQ stream is awful and doesn't work. And not going to play around with SW to try to get what might be a repeat or RCH musings and promises. 'Night all.
Night, Albrecht.  I'm about to do the same.

Hi Starr...hope you are well...have a goodnight.
Hi, Chefist.  Doing pretty good.  I took a nap so I'd be fresh for RandomCast, but I overslept.  Oh well.  There's always next week. ;)

No tricky Dick tonight?  And here I was about to tune in. :-\
Hey, 21st, you are using your cool avatar again.  Braaaps! ;D

Thank you Thank you. I want to thank my psychiatrist, the head jailer and Dr Demento for this great honor.............wait, what????????
It will be fun to gather with our pals who have been with us from the beginning.  That means you, Gabby and Willy. ;) :-* ;D

Today is the birthday of Hoagie's purported pal Gene Roddenberry (born in 1921) - will he remember to mention this tonight? ;)
Maybe we should have a pool.  Heh heh. ;) ;D

It was on the stream yesterday. I've heard you say something similar several times. You may have noticed someone downloading all the Trainwreck and Spec Sheet shows. That's me. I'm building an MV soundboard. It might take me a few weeks, but I will post the clips as I find them.

Oh, my.  This is gonna be guud!  Heh, heh. ;) ;D

I have no dog in this fight. I personally think the whole system is rigged so we don't rise up against the powers that be. Some people that are so emeshed on all sides in their rhetoric and beliefs don't realize they were taught to believe how they do.  Then again I don't run with a particular crowd and tend to judge people based on their actions and how they treat others. I don't care which political party they belong with as politics means very little to me.

I am happy to see none of the trolls have been here for a few hours. Awesome.

This post has pretty much nothing to do with bellgab.
Getting all angsty about nazis existing in this world or on this forum misses the whole point of living in a pluralistic society- or a "democracy", which so many alt liberals seem to otherwise fetishize. I may (hypothetically) have extreme prejudice against Catholics uh, 'cuz my ancestors suffered through the Roman inquisition. My only choice is whether to hate or not. I can't make them stop being Catholic nor can they force me to convert. Excellent. That's a huge improvement from what was happening before this great American experiment. Hell, 150 years ago the plains indians were killing on each other in the name of great spirit, tradition, and cultural superiority complexes. It's so easy to slip back into that shit and it begins by telling a person what they may or may not say, or believe. As a society we've yet to abandon inquisitory/witch hunt cultural appendages. As individuals, the true progressives are the ones whose personal opinions can exist independently of what anybody else fucking thinks. America! Fuck Yeah!

PS- Sometimes I think that the people with the coexist bumper stickers are the least able to.

ALDOUS BURBANK FOR 2020!!! :-* :-* :-* ;) ;D

I'd love to bring some coffee and bacon.  But ever since MV threw a wrench in the monkey works, I can't post pics anymore.  Too high tech for me. :-[
