I am starting to warm up to albrecht's ideas for a mine field.
It would be a lot cheaper than a "great wall" and likely more effective.  Walls etc would make sense in more populated areas with known massive problems. But in the more rural and hard-to-monitor areas mines make much better sense and are cheaper and more effective. And with an advertising campaign, universal signage, and with new developments in technology we could avoid killing livestock, BP agents, hunters and hikers, or endangered animals. One could imagine even remotely being able to move the mines, so the cartels, terrorists, and illegals couldn't find paths around them or even turn them off in various cases. I also like the idea of monitoring seismic activity for tunnels and blimp surveillance over the area. Also the mines would not be, like some military ones especially in the past, designed for injury (thus causing more trouble and loss of manpower for the enemy to extract injured solider) but for almost assured death. Bodies would remain in situ and feed the coyotes and other critters. (Irony would be apparent "Coyotes" feeding real coyotes.) And would also help advertise "do not come here or attempt to cross this area." In the rare case the mine results in injury, not death, medical help would be provided-we are humane after all (all costs would be billed to the illegals country of origin or taken away from any US AID or financial/military aid we provide them.)

ps: has anyone noticed the rumors and controversies about some of the "charities" in Europe colluding with or profiting from "refugees" and smugglers? I recall frequent C2C guest "World's Most Dangerous Places" guy was involved in one of these charities rescuing "refugees" at sea.

That's true. I was just thinking about Japan. They are allowed to keep foreigners out but western countries are called racist for doing the same thing.

Anyone else see the irony here for liberals? You can't be more conservative than Islam, sharia law is anti woman, anti gay and yet liberals are fine with it.
I am not okay with Sharia law in the U.S.!!

I don't know Bampumim Teixeira's immigration status, but he told his ex-girlfriend that he was born in Guinea-Bissau and raised in Cape Verde by an aunt, with whom he moved to the Boston area when he was in his 20s, she said. After a falling out with the aunt, he lived in shelters.

Guinea-Bissau

The CIA World Factbook (2018) states there are about 45% Muslims, 22% Christians, 15% Animists and 18% unspecified or other The country's per-capita gross domestic product is one of the lowest in the world.

During the slave trade years, the local African rulers in Guinea, some of whom prospered greatly from the slave trade, controlled the inland trade and did not allow the Europeans into the interior. They kept them in the fortified coastal settlements where the trading took place.

I applaud (sarcastically) our liberal US immigration policy championed by the Left.

Dr. Richard Field and his fiancée, Dr. Lina Bolanos, were dead, both tied up, with their throats slit when police arrived and found Bampumim Teixeira in the doctor's apartment.

Mass. doesn't have the Death Penalty, so this nice young man from Africa will spend the rest of his life, maybe another 40 years, with room & board, courtesy of the Commonwealth of Mass.

I was thinking more the direction of blinds and maybe even hunters could pay for a permit for sport. It is not pleasant but likely some would do so (I recall rumors of this happening during the Balkan wars.) I think that is also what should be done in Africa to protect the endangered species being poached at a record rate, mainly for the Oriental "medicine" market. Put a bounty on poachers on protected lands. Obviously, there would need to be rules, licensing, and record-keeping in both cases lest someone decides to make $ by finding legal citizens and killing them for a bounty. So it would be like the DMZ between the Koreas and anyone, for unauthorized purposes, crossing it would be fair game. Likewise anyone on protected land for animals in African countries would be fare game. I think with technology there could be monitoring, even live, to ensure the illegal or poacher taken was properly bagged.

Rape-u-gees, mainly Muslim and/or North African, are enjoying the sexual assault game (taharrush jamai) especially at music and outdoor festivals. Last year Swedish officials, who also often instruct the press and local police to under report or not mention the 'status' of the offender, said the solution was for Swedish girls to wear bracelets.

The "refugees" in France have cut off A16 highway and are attacking vehicles trying to hitch, or high-jack, a ride to Britain. I hope those truckers are getting hazard pay because some of the videos look as bad as some of those truck runs in Iraq. Almost something you see in a horror movie or Blackhawk Down. Swarms of "refugees," like ants. One driver burnt to death after being attacked.

According to reports the black cop who shot and killed an unarmed white Australian woman in her pajamas was a Somali named Mohammed Noor, who had previously been sued by a female for unprofessional behavior and has some pending internal investigations. (That doesn't necessarily mean anything, all it takes is some aggrieved arrestee or "activist" to make a claim and there will be an investigation of a cop.)

Justine Ruszczyk Damond had called the  police to report some suspicious activity and was shot to death by Mohammed.

No idea if the officer is related to another fine example of the Somalis we import into our country:

Yes Kidnostad3 I agree with you, he talks good sense.
He sounds like a black man yet he has no problem seeing "his people" as they are.
Good on him and good on Poland and Czech Republic and Hungary who are refusing this EU "you MUST take refugees" nonsense.

Well let's hope that there are some white boys in Austria who will bring some "order" to those Somali scumbags.
This happened 3 days ago (on 15.July.2017) I wonder if Austria is raising on her behalf -or did they got muzzled by EU already?
