When it comes to gays and lesbians let me tell you a bit about the Seattle scene. Seattle is San Francisco light on the west coast. If you want to advance at Amazon.Com it is best that you be gay as I think the head honchos are gay. If you want to succeed at say Verizon, you either have to be a woman or a gay man.

Yes, they do have straights as I was a former employee but virtually all management is female. Men have to tread lightly to work there as any time a woman feels she is 'dissed, she will go to HR and your white male ass, especially if you're straight, may very well be called into the office. Happened to me on two occasions as some bitch, obviously on the rag or having a tiff with some other dyke, will be looking to lash out.

Too bad it is not considered that women, lesbo or straight, have that monthly week in hell - as if it is a man's fault! Even at Boeing you find twinks. And I don't give a fuck if some of my words are offensive. Some of those people are fucked up and think you're not supposed to react to them while they use their sexuality as an excuse for being fucking ass holes. They do wear their orientation on their sleeve. If a straight wears his or hers they are deemed a potential threat to the status quo. Half of the straight men are contractors that are Arab or Indian so you can just imagine what some Muslim thinks of this environment. But being a minority he is protected. Straight, white, middle aged, conservative men (i.e. me) are endangered.

Microsoft loves everybody but white men. Women, minorities from India, Pakistan and China (and they steal everything for Beijing). A bunch of European white males. Most senior people (the well to do ones) are white as they are the ones who built the damn company. Bill Gates loves his H1-B types as he can get them cheaper as they all get together and rent a single house.

If anyone's got a problem with that, I guess now's the time to speak up.

I bet this Pentagon Pride thing was a bit dull anyway.  What did it consist of?  A couple of female officers giving each other a demure peck on the check (facial) while carrying rainbow flags?  Until they have a Folsom Street Fair on an active duty aircraft carrier, I am ignoring the event.

White hetero males are a dying and demonized breed my friends... since birth they've been taught to hate themselves. They have caused all of the worlds problems and most definitely have mistreated humans of all other types unequally.  It's a shame when some body must suffer for being born at an inopportune time.  Alas the backlash must go on.

i'm getting SICK of sound bytes featuring romney's shtick on how great he'll be for the economy.  why?  what would make him so great for the economy?

perhaps i'm wrong, but i've not heard him propose anything revolutionary like a flat tax or a consumption tax.  however, i HAVE heard him mention lowering this tax rate or that tax rate.  typical RNC talking point bullshit.  we live in extreme times, and a safe, mainstream, conventional candidate is NOT going to fix this economic malaise.

also, he's a typical "free trade at all costs" republican who wants the peasants to believe it's beneficial that our manufacturing base has moved to china... because, well... it's FREE TRADE!!!!  since the word "free" is in there, it must be good.  that's exactly the type of elitist, ruling class mentality that got us into this shit fest.

what are romney's economic credentials, anyway?  is it because he's rich?  or maybe because he was employed at an investment firm where it was his job to move money around?  as i see it, people who do that for a living contribute exactly ZERO to economic growth because they produce nothing.  actually, i think the function of money management jobs might have a negative impact on the economy since in addition to producing nothing, their workers are highly compensated.  there are very few jobs left in this country that actually GENERATE wealth by extracting materials from the earth and producing tangible goods.  i'd be more inclined to support romney if he'd been a machine operator in a bicycle factory.

the only joy i'll get from a romney win in november (if that happens) is watching obama lose.

the end.

Especially now that Justice Roberts sold the country out and the Court ruled ObamaCare constitutional.

Obamacare Passes 5-4

Chief Justice casts the deciding 5th vote in favor of the new law - all aspects of the law pass the SCOTUS. The federal government now owns your body. The federal government can go fuck itself as it has already fucked all the rest of us. What do our UK friends have to say about this?

don't count on it.  i have lost all faith in the republican establishment.  after all, they're running a guy for POTUS who put into place a nearly identical law in massachusetts.

This fucking decision absolutely confirms what we already knew - the Republocrats and Demolicans are two sides to the same coin where it is "Heads THEY Win", "Tails YOU Lose". So Romney is going to nix this? I really think that with the passage of this by the SCOTUS, Obama's folks will come out in droves - even the dead ones, Al Queda, felons, and even the illegals and even grays, reptilians and Nordics (fucking Swedes/Norwegians were always socialists anyway).

I just don't see how anything can be "ok" or improve. The only job creations will be more minimum wage retail (selling Chinese and Mexican goods), more McDonalds, Burger King and more federal workers.

So when is it going to become really obvious that a person in the private sector making $7-$10 per hour can't afford to pay a new $100K year IRS agent's salary not including medical, retirement and paid holidays. Heard that the fed is going to hire an additional 16,000 IRS agents.

Wait until Obamacare hits full stride. If you're not a federal employee you will be on food stamps and fighting your former pet, dog or cat (now with individual rights from PETA and its lawyers - look at California) for a can of third rate horsemeat.

This is a dystopian novel come to life in my view. George Orwell, Aldous Huxley and a few others vision of our morbid futures might be coming too close to reality. A revolution will be in our futures. I'll be dead thankfully but my kids and grand kids will have to get this nation back on track. American, as we knew it, is becoming a fond memory.

Yep, the federal government has an immigration policy they are supposed to enforce. Arizona attempts to enforce it for them but are told to back off you white racist bastards !!! We need those votes to carry Arizona for Obama in 2012. That is the bottom line - mark my words.

So now, everything really is Bush's fault.

More sarcasm, but there's a germ of truth there. Not Bush alone, but it seems that justices appointed by Republicans are far more likely to turn around and vote with the liberals than the other way around. I can't think of an example of a Democrat-appointed justice siding with the conservatives on an important case.

Of course he doesn't have any answers, he's another Big Governent Republican.  Think about what kind of Republican manages to get themselves elected governor in places like Massachusetts.  It really is the lesser of two evils once again.

A plus is he's at least been in the business world.  One big part of our current economic mess is people that run businesses don't like Obama or trust him, just the opposite - they are scared to death not knowing what this guy is going to say or do next.  As with FDR in the 30s, until Obama is gone businesses are going to hire as few new employees as possible and won't be re-investing by stocking up on inventory, building warehouses or factories or buying machinery or equipment.  The question is whether this is going to be an 8 year depression with a couple years after that to dig ourselves out or just a 4 year one.

Agree completely. The idea that a state who's people are suffering due to the federal goverment abrogating one of its constitutionally-assigned functions doesn't have the right to assume that function for the benefit of its citizens is loony. It's all about the Hispanic vote in November.

Very insightful PaperBoy.

This economy is so totally screwed right now that to think some Knight in shining armor (a.k.a. Romney) is going to save the Kingdom is ludicrous. He is telling the people what they want to hear just like Obama is telling his people what they want to hear.

Notice that nobody is offering itemized solutions - just telling you what a jerk the other guy is? Why? There are none that will satisfy the immediate needs voters anticipate. Your comment about Massachusetts electing Romney says a lot. He is a New England type socialist - a RINO.

Bringing business back to the table isn't going to begin to remove the shit pile as deep as the Mariana Trench that we're currently buried in. It can change direction but we'll still be in a world of hurt in 2016.

Now the Clintons want Romney to win in 2012 so he can be left looking like hell in 2016 when Hillary (Hillary Rodham de Arc) comes in like some kind of progressive saint to save the day. People are idiots and will vote for where we're at right now once they've been convinced Romney is the one who is to blame. Obama blamed Bush. Romney won't get away with blaming Obama - the media will see to that.

This law just enabled by the SCOTUS is not Constitutional. The immigration laws ignored by the fed in Arizona is nothing more than a dereliction of duty.

Obama will win 2012 with a 51-49 margin. He will carry Ohio and Pennsylvania and probably Michigan.
