After five months of soul searching, Hilary Clinton has come up with the reasons she lost

a) Russian meddling in the election (of course)
b) FBI Director James Comey's involvement toward the end of the race
c) WikiLeaks' theft of emails from her campaign chairman
d) Misogyny

http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/hillary-clinton/hillary-clinton-explains-why-she-really-lost-trump-n743581

It's uncertain why email exposure or FBI disclosure of her activities would be a factor if they were professional and above board but she apparently didn't have time to explain that.  Also unexplained was how the Russians affected the election.

Also missing from the list was dishonesty, incompetence, and un-likability, although her being dishonest and incompetent would preclude the real factors in her loss from being listed.

Bill needs to point this out to her. ;)

Hillary famously claimed to know nothing about servers and even asked if you wiped them with a cloth.

Now, the new book about her campaign, Shattered, reveals that following her failed 2008 campaign, she instructed staffers to download all of the campaign emails from the server she used that year to investigate which staffers were leaking.

A complete contradiction.

Grabbing a User's email from the Exchange Server is a pain in the ass.  How many staffers were there?

Not sure why. Two years ago I had to admin an exchange server and it took me 15 minutes to set up an office pc that would download all 10 employees emails onto a single pc using outlook. It is easy if you control the passwords.

Edit: the downloads took longer but they all downloaded overnight and kept the accounts current after that.

The owners of the company wanted a local copy of all emails because the would use remote desktop to access that common pc on the network and wanted everything in one place. They had set a short retention period on the server and wanted a complete history.

Yeah, these weird excuses seem a bit lame. I recall an Admin showing me, during some issues I had with email and "POP email service" for some other emails or some crap, I am not a techie, how from the server he could get our emails and also showed me a guy I was going to fire (for other reasons- in a RIF during a takeover but said "if I needed another issue for cause") had a fetish for going to "suffocation porn" weird. Belgian dude, it was not girls as victims (bad of course) but some weird type of men/selves being bondage and temporarily suffocated, I guess, and taped up. At the time I thought, we might need to report this, but due to the firing, the "liberal" culture, and the age/self-doing there was nothing illegal in it, I guess. But was weird because dude had family, decent worker (not really but have to say that in reports due to government and culture,) and "too each their own." The German IT guy just laughed and said "they are depraved." I'm thinking, yah, a GERMAN commenting on weird sex fetishes or history?

Indicted Democrat partied with Pelosi, flew with Obama, and campaigned for Clinton

Quote
She partied with Nancy Pelosi, traveled on Air Force one next to President Obama, and cast her superdelegate vote for Hillary Clinton. But today Corrine Brown is in federal court for stealing scholarship money from school children.

One can only hope they will get around to Maxine Waters sooner rather than later.

Something about the water or air inside the Beltway causes rampant corruption. Affects people of either party equally. Pick any person in Congress (either house) and compare their net worth before their election and their current net worth.

Until we demand the following from our elected officials, we get what we deserve.

1. Term limits. 2 terms for Senate, 5 for House.
2. No exemptions from any laws passed while in office.
3. Full financial disclosure while in office and strict enforcement of insider trading laws.
4. Restrictions on lobbying/consulting after leaving office.

If I was going to add a 5th it would be impeachment for violations of campaign promises.

The founders envisioned a congress of citizen statesman that would serve for awhile and then go back to their communities.

Stop voting and have a draft. Group of citizens get together and draft a successful local business person to be their representative. It would be a non paying gig is the reason I would want them moderately successful. It would not be meant to be a job.

Corrine Brown was a crook long before she got to Washington. There were numerous complaints against her when she was on Jacksonville's city council.  She was elected to congress in 1992 as part of the wave elected to newly segregated districts designed to elect black representatives. To the surprise of the Democrats, segregating large numbers of Democrat voters meant Republicans had control of the others and won the House in 1994.

Corrine's constituents knew she was a crook - they hoped she would steal for them.  Her campaign slogan was Corrine Delivers. Bill campaigned for her on a couple of occasions.

Comey's testimony and the senators' questions revealed to two interesting areas today.
1-Huma regularly sent classified documents to her home - meaning the computer Weiner used for sexting.
2-There's an ongoing IG investigation into whatever Loretta Lynch did that may have hindered the FBI investigation of Hillary.
