I have been cleaning up vomit for the last half hour after laughing my Noory off seeing an avatar of Noory and Hoagland in a very nude, very gay pose.
Lol, u must be referring to DanDNA's avatar? Yes, it's a CoastGab classic.

:P A classic moment in Richard and George exchange took place recently:
Richard C. Hoagland: "The pieces are becoming very unusual, but they don't give us the complete picture, except they're telling us the old picture of the moon as we've been given it for the past 40 years since Apollo is not correct."
George Noory, confidently: "Richard, years ago you talked about <pause> glass-like tubes on the moon. <pause with Hoagland heard interjecting immediately through his crappy connection which I bet his Robin is listening to over the other phone in their loveshack>"
Hoagland, disappointed, beated down again that he relies on this idiot Noory for a venue to speak for a living: "No that wasn't the moon; it was on mars."
George Noory: "Was it on Marzzzzzz? OhhhhKay. I was gonna say that's not the same thing."

I think Richard wants Noory's job and views his guest spot as a job interview. I might be wrong. Richard might actually be delusional enough to take this gig seriously.
On 7/28/11, his last appearance on the garbage radio show called Coast to Coast AM, during hour one 13 minutes in, Hoaxland went on and on about some appearance Noory was going to make in albuquerque, calling it "when you go there to do your kind of public speaking thing." Then he said he does "cutting edge research." Talk about the dumbing down of society.
These two hate each other so much.
Also, "space exploration" was uttered by Noory during this interview, and who will bet money that Noory had to practice those words before the show? I almost heard "sexploration," but Noory was slow and careful enough, which doesn't always work for the turd-brain.

100 effin' percent delusional! Crazy as an 11-foot Cannibal Giant. An arrogant, little New Age huckster whose only "scientific" training probably came from the Rosicrucians. His "cutting edge research" won him an Ig-Nobel Prize (undeserved for lack of comic merit). He probably beat out the guy who was studying why one's own farts don't smell as badly as those originating from other ani. Hoagie claims to have "applied" quaternion equations already worked out by someone else (Hamilton and Maxwell, like 100 years ago). Really? Let's see those applications in a peer-reviewed, mathematical journal. No, I'm sure that they're only available to gullible Enterprise Mission subscribers. Hoaxland is the Kevin Trudeau of C2C.

hey. Kevin Trudeau is the real deal.  why else would he go to the trouble and expense of hiring a playboy playmate to appear in his infomercials?

Does anyone have any references regarding Hoagland claiming we went to Iraq because of an extra-terrestrial connection to Saddam?

I sure remember it.

He tied it together with Mars, saying that Baghdad was one of the oldest cities in the world and had a 'sister city' on Mars. I can't remember exactly, but he said something really ridiculous about Saddam Hussein having special powers or being an alien.

I don't think I'd ever heard of Trudeau till I read your post .  I Googled him, and now I know. Has he ever been on C2C?

Forget Hoagland ... Trudeau and Noory preach from the same pulpit. George just hasn't been in jail. Yet.  :P

Trudeau-
Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About

Hoagie-
Shit on Mars They Don't want You to Know About

Trudeau-
The Weight Loss Cure TheyDon't want You to Know About

Hoaxland-
Weight Loss through Hyperdimensionalality TheyDon't want You to Know About

Could it be any more clear? Indeed, it does surprise me that Trudeau has not been a guest on C2C, but his infomercials air at the same time. Really, it was Hugo Fitch's turd that inspired me.

As far as the supposed "science advisor" "Dr" (in quotes) Richard C. Hoagland, I'll note that his obvious, basic flaw is adopting "The Enterprise Mission" as his flagship.

Hoagland apparently can't create for himself. Who else would someone copy the works of the late Gene Roddenberry on which to build his reputation? Referring to varied Star Trek episodes every time he attempts to discuss "real science."

Looking at Hoagland's shameless mess of a website, I can see he decided to "lift" the fictional works of science fiction (Star Trek - The Original Series) as the basis for his credibility.

Real, true and intelligent scientists do not use science-fiction as the foundation of their "work." Star Trek was an insightful, intelligent series. But it's fiction. Not fact.

When Hoagland ever thinks for himself -- not taking concepts from others -- he will be a 'real scientist" in my mind. He seems to lack the gray matter to discern between what's real and what's not.

He's made his name on his nonsense. I haven't been involved in science my entire life not to see that. But he can simply fool people who don't know better. But he succeeds at that, but not with me.

Hoagland was a janitor at NASA he pulled some Apollo pics that didnt turn out from the garbage can and said "look crystal structures on the moon!."

Hoagland is a twat head.

To paraphrase the "man", Mr Stanton F, RH still holds on to a bit of legitimacy in the ol' "Grey Box" IMO. However, should you mention RH in certain locales(forums) on CL, you'll be dismissed out-of-hand; RH is held in the same regard as the legendary P.T. Barnum.

I think Y2K was the best example of this. For how many years building up to it, Art Bell brought on guests, especially Gary North, and built this thing up to a doomsday scenario. I never bought into it, but I remember a lot of callers were really afraid of this.

New Years 2000 came and went and...nuthin'. Gary North vanished in a puff of smoke down the memory hole where disgraced C2C guests go to be forgotten and the beat went on. I wanted to hear an apology from Art on the air for the last two years of beating the Doomsday drum, but the show just went on with barely a pause to whatever the next thing was.

It opened my eyes that this was an entertainment program, not news. Still felt scuzzy.

Hoagland complained about "fear porn". Griping about fear porn on Coast To Coast is like griping about greed at Goldman Sachs.
That is quite simply an unfair comparison.  There is no "greed" at Goldman... they are just doing God's work.  Being as the bible is against Greed, I have to conclude that if Goldman is doing as God commands that it can not be greed.  (For anybody who has not heard Blankfein saying that they are just doing Gods work you can google it or start here. http://www.businessinsider.com/lloyd-blankfein-says-he-is-doing-gods-work-2009-11 )

As an aside, did anybody know that poor Blankfein suffered a 52 million dollar loss (on paper) during the latest stock market slide?  Don't fret though, the man who does Gods work still holds $232 million in Goldman stock plus all of his other holdings.  I for one feel that he is a great man who heads a charitable organization...  ::)

In short, while I will agree that coast is "fear porn" you can not use poor, suffering, loving, God fearing Goldman to make your point... Now Jamie Dimon and J.P Morgan on the other hand...  ;D

I feel left out. I don't have any gold or storable food. Maybe I can trade my guns for gold and food? :) Maybe I can reason with those who bought food and gold? Nah I guess I will do it the old fashioned way.

Actually, its not that ironic. The ads are based on the content of the page you are viewing.
Though I'm not sure why we're not seeing more Vacuum cleaner adds on the George Noory Sucks thread.

Perhaps a new revenue stream for M.V?  At the top of the page could be a banner ad "This forum brought to you by Hoover.  At Hoover, we outsuck Noory."

I'd get a bigger kick out of seeing some banners on Coast to Coast AM advertising penis pumps. Penis pumps and hairloss products. That's a demographic for you George!

THANK YOU!!! I love Rollye to pieces. She's a wonderful broadcaster. I love when people call her show to tell her random stupid crap George Noory says and she laughs. What a pity she isn't the host of Coast. I'd love to hear her on a major network. Radio executives are morons.

Did anyone catch this latest Hoaxland event?  This dude believes that this comet Elanin is actually a spacecraft made by the human citizens of Atlantis, returning to this galaxy to "send us a message."  So unintentionally hilarious, that it almost approaches Bill Maher in funniness.
