31 dead reported now. I recall the image from two years ago of Turkish armor parked on the hillside a mile from Kobani just across the border fence, and not lifting a finger as ISIS advanced in clear view. Turkey is playing both sides hoping to advance ethnic Turks in Syria and hurt Kurds. The International Terminal was targeted. I think this is is more payback from ISIS; scaring mostly Euro travelers and business out of Turkey rather than an attack on a specifically Turkish target.
