Anyhow, I am sick any time that anybody who spent time in prison gets out and commits another crime.  As far as I'm concerned, there should be a "one strike" law and they can take away leniency for youths.  If you so much as tag a wall when you are 16 it should be 40 - life.  That would make our streets safe and keep those (future) murderers locked away.
