NDE is a topic I enjoy so I am excited! Although, it seems as though Art is really focusing on death topics lately. I guess being 70 makes one more curious about that.

A few shows ago I had a debate with a couple of you fine and vaguely lovable Bell Gab folks about a manned mission to Mars.  My position was it was inevitable in the (fairly) near future.   Some of you doubted my wisdom on the issue.

Well, this came out today.  In case you missed it, enjoy:

NASA Administrator Charles Bolden said that the dream of sending a manned mission to planet Mars is closer to reality than ever before.

Bolden, who admitted having envisioned himself to become the first person to explore the Red Planet when he joined the astronaut training at the Houston's Johnson Space Center back in the 1980's, said that the U.S. space agency's current aim of bringing humans to Mars in the 2030's is highly possible.
