he's never experienced Samadhi...he can only describe it from what he's read

Tell us more oh wise and enlightened one!

Sean92008

The reincarnation stuff is interesting to me but the BellGab forums has been much more entertaining than the program material itself tonight.  I guess the guest loses me with his voice and the yoga talk (I love seeing women in yoga pants and strawberry chunks in yoga, but don't practice it).

RoseGirl

this Radin guy knows nothing about what he is talking about

So you have to use your magic cold & unbrowned?

SciFiAuthor

Weird thing about reincarnation is that it stops having any meaning at some point. When medical technology makes people immortal, then it's a non-issue.

Noorynoid

I think it's time to start taking calls...

No there were no reals graphics or movement and the screen was only as big as the old "portable" tvs like 6x6 inch, or less screen. I think a BASIC program where you plugged in some info and it gave you a graph of some sort out. Greenish screen and the computer was deeper than tall, if you recall. Bizarre memory...not sure if it was true even now!
Is this the one?

Uh...I think he meant material needs can sometimes be postponed when you've got something really interesting going on.

Wow, someone woke up on the wrong side of the yoga mat.  LOL    :D

WanagoBleu

We have approximately 60,000 thoughts  day. Of which, 40,000-50,000 r the same as yesterday. Change ur thoughts, change ur journey. Chopra explains that in our thought space between each word, is where creation is before we make it. When we meditate, we bring back some of that creation space into this reality. Kind of like jumping into the pool then getting out. When you get out, you bring a little of the pool with you. Which is why it's better to meditate twice a day for shorter period of time....you enter & bring back a little bit of creation & universal spirit with you. Twice.

As a kid I found one of these, which was even older than that compaq:

According to wikipedia it was nearly 11kg.
Gotta love that 5inch screen :P
