Authorites BELIEVED that Zulkifli Bin Hir alias Marwan but they did not confirm i t.

Art was in Manila, thatz in the region of Luzon, which is way north of where the SAF were killed.

This shit went down in Mamasapano, Mindanao region. Art, or at least his wife knows better than to let him go to Mindanao region of the Philippines. Don't go south of the Visayas region and you won't have to worry about "the Muslims."

The Philippines is an archipelago of over 7100 islands, all those islands can create a fair amount of diversity. Even though it's not that big landmass wise.
