Going back years and suspected to be an electronic version of the "MAD" nuclear strategy to prevent US incursions into Russian systems as it has not been activated yet.

I'm not scared of the Russians, but they do annoy the shit out of me.

We should offer them a straight up fight... no nukes, just fists and dicks.

Winner gets to keep the other's country, but the population had to get the fuck out before the new owners get there.
