but we all make pretense to great wisdom from time to time.

You must be saving that for a special occasion.  :D

You might be asking yourself, "Why am I not fifty points ahead already?"

I remember you once said Cecil the Lion was a MacGuffin. That one really didn't pan out, did it? Maybe it was just a shitbag from Minnesota who decided to kill a prized lion, eh?

LOL!

Sorry, Jackstar, but that just struck me funny. ;D

Haven't seen Mabuse in years.  He left before 2015, year of the Great BellGab Paradigm Shift.

I thought it was called The Quickening.  Or was it The Quittening?  No.  No.  it was The Thickening.  Yeah! Oh.  No, wait.  That was the porn I was in.

Snopes can't be trusted on any kind of matters. I've seen them many times be wrong about things that I knew something about which has me questioning their claims regarding all the things I don't know about.

With that said, I don't know what's up with Hillary's health other than that something is wrong. At the very least, the party line. Maybe that's all it is, I don't know. Maybe it's more. Very, very possible. I'm much more concerned with her platforms, her lying, her corruption. That kind of stuff.

Lunger

I miss nbirnes.

She was a special kind of stupid.  Kudos to Bill for dealing with that all these years.

Agreed. Their show was awful because she did 90% of the talking. When I complained her acolytes here told me that I really didn't want to hear from Bill anyway. Ummm...YES, yes I do! That's why I was listening to the show in the first place.  ::)

I liked Nancy. She seemed so disappointed that I wasn't selling out. It was adorable.

I listened to two shows.  She was constantly interupting, constantly yapping about being a woman and how ''the men'' have held her back all these years (we had a nice little back and forth on this very forum after the first time I listened.  I don't think she likes me anymore).  To top it off their producer thought he was just the funniest thing and kept interrupting with one cringe worthy comment after another.  Bill was either numbed by it all and didn't speak, or was completely unmemorable.

Really bad.  I can't imagine how awful the podcasts with her and ''Lasha'' were.

I miss Lunger.  Did he die?
Whenever I see that name "Lunger" I flash to where Val Kilmer is playing Doc Holliday, and he is referred to as a "lunger", as in a person with "consumption" aka Tuberculosis.

I'm your huckleberry.(with the "lunger" reference as well)

Hehehe.  Great movie.  That might have been Kilmer at his very best.  although, I did particularly enjoy Real Genius and Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang.

"Tombstone" has some kick-ass actors.  Particularly liked Powers Boothe in it.  Enjoyed Kilmer in "Heat," too.

No.  He's currently posting.  Are you not paying attention? ???

I think Nick Rivers might have been Val Kilmer at his best. He also did his own soundtrack. His character in Top Secret as well as the singing performances were beyond good in that movie. All of the many songs were original although a couple of them were tributes (IE: the medley which is Skeet Surfin'). Slapstick or not, he was excellent in Top Secret.

IMO Heat is a masterpiece.
