Any Apple App Devs...out there?

trying to figure out how the HLS stuff works, with ADTS files and TS files...being split from one, 94mb file (ts or m2ts audio only file) into 600+ .chk files...and if it's possible to get them back together...or just decrypt lets say...the siriusxm app on ios devices to change how it reads/writes files...

A single bump, only to see is there really no one out there that can help us crack this thing?

I've done the homework on what needs cracked, I just don't know what to do to crack it right open...
