Worst Case Scenario:
  This is an actual exercise, and if the situation is properly manipulated, (MSM, Google AI and Facebook filters; blocking information on the subject,) it could be spun into an attack by North Korea, or ISIS - or anyone else they choose. Riots ensue after the store shelves are bare. Martial law is enacted. Executive Orders are put into force.

Best case scenario:
  ( Believe it or not, we need exercises like this, to test and discover the gaps in our defenses, but even the Russians inform their populace when an exercise of this magnitude is being carried out.)

Flaws are discovered and corrected. No 'False Flag Operations' are piggy-backed onto this exercise. No one is injured or killed during this operation.
The embedded malware and Trojans in our electrical C2 and grid systems are found, (which I think they already are,) and removed, with the attack vectors closed off. 

What a wonderful opportunity the American population is being denied by not being informed of this operation. No time to prepare, (you should be prepared for something like this anyway.)  No idea how long it's going to last. (24th-26th.) No idea what parts of the country are going to be effected. (Looks like this run is going to hit the major metropolitan areas - hence the name "Gotham". A little more on the name...  There was another military operation that used "Shield" in it's name - Operation Desert Shield - which turned into Operation Desert Storm.)

You might be looking for more Bootson' the Ground reports, but there's not much doubt that three simultaneous outages occurred Friday in LA,SF, and NY. Falkie (yeh, I know) said the LA outage went as far as Van Nuys and he was concerned about George and C2C, LOL.

"Civil Authorities have issued a required monthly test for the following counties: Los Angeles CA. Effective until 04/25/17   05:25:00 PDT. "

Standard narrative including the phrase: "You should immediately tune to one of those local radio or TV stations , for more on what you need to do to protect your life and property . This concludes this test of the emergency alert system."
I've never heard it phrased quite like that before.

This came over the TV - I'm in the Midwest. We usually get localized alerts from the Emergency Broadcast System.

Polish investigators say remains of two other people have been found in the coffin of ex-President Lech Kaczynski, who died with dozens of other top officials in a plane crash in 2010.
Senior state and military officials had been on their way to a ceremony to mark the 70th anniversary of the Katyn massacre, in which more than 20,000 Polish officers were murdered by the Soviet secret police.

Russian and Polish investigations concluded that the crash was mainly caused by pilot error.

But the nationalist Law and Justice party (PiS), led by Lech Kaczynski's twin brother Jaroslaw, swept to power in October 2015 elections, and launched a new investigation.

Some PiS members believe the plane was brought down by an explosion. Some also claim that the Russian air traffic controllers deliberately misled the crew.
