Maybe #10 will just croak the old turd for the insurance.............
Are you suggesting that the Art Sniper might have been some ex-Ferdinand Marcos trained paramilitary operative trying to take him out for stealing, via marriages, nubile women from the island, and/or, possibly, due to his ex-military experiences and HAM radio work, some of the Jap gold ("Yamashita's Gold") stolen from various countries during their occupation/rape/plunder stashed there post WWII? Maybe "Bongbong" Marcos funded even? That could be a GREAT show. I hope Art would host it.

Yes, why wouldn't someone in her 20s want to marry some old goat in his 60s?

When Art dies, where do you think Irene will move to?  There is no way in hell she stays in Puhrumph (ugh!).  Vegas?  LA?, San Francisco (plenty of Filipinos here)?  Manilla?  Somewhere else?

How long do you think it would take her to pack, if she isn't already packed?

I doubt if that is lost on Art, or bothers him in the slightest. He has always favored Asian women, because Asians are Aliens. He wanted to create one last hybrid.

Ramona died. Have you seen women over 35? Horror Show!

You gotta' hire a Sniper, to counter the Stalker. If it escalates, quit your job and go on SSI.

Listening to a Dark Matter episode on YouTube.
Art was advertising for a CCrane product that I actually could use.
So of course I buy the damn thing.

Dude still has it, four years later, he still has it.

The C Crane Skywave and Skywave II are badass radios. They are compact, but put out rich sound. AM/FM, Shortwave, Air Band, SSB/Military Band, NOAA Weather Radio, current time. Digital/backlit. Strong reception. Easy presets and even an alarm feature. I've had a Skywave for years and it's greatness. The last radio I ever bought and probably ever will. Power Adapter or 2 AA Batteries, and it lasts a long time on batteries. Semi-water proof too. You can drop it in a puddle and it will survive if you get it right back out; light rain won't hurt it. Comes with lanyard and good ear-buds. Perfect radio for desk, office, workbench, kitchen table or travel. I have mine on a side-table by my Lazy-boy.

It's about the size of your open hand. Very light.

The only real difference between the Skywave and Skywave II is that the SSB/military band is already soldiered on the Skywave II. The entire package is only 90 bucks. Cheap for what you get. Stop being poor and get one today! Great radio and an outstanding value. American made!

I sit in my Lazy Boy with a cup of coffee wearing this and listen to it sometimes. I cut out a penis hole so I can go to the bathroom and jerk off while wearing it.

She's in the land of the big BX.  There is no way that she will go back to the PI.  I'd say there is a 45% chance she stays in Pahrump and the rest says she's going to Vegas.  In Vegas she can host her family better when she brings them over.

Has to be an Art Bell fan. If it was an "art" fan, it would be a high school art teacher in an El Camino.

Not exactly.  There seemed to be a significant period of time when the moderatior was all happy horseshit and did regular podcasts, there were tons of fun smart perople posting regularly, Noory's suckage was a main theme instead of Senda's, people still thought the world of Art Bell and hoped he would perhaps return some day, the moderator wasn't continually tinkering with the forum to make it less and less functional.

i'll mark that down as "not satisfied."

Punctuation ART.

Might say his writing is . . . artless?

My favorite part about this post is the pitch-dark irony.  A daughter named for a continent he "dearly loves," the minefield computer that was built there, wrapped in the magnificent desolation of outsourced (Asian*) customer service.

*probably South Asian/Indian if we're being honest.
