couldn't agree more.  he seems to enjoy the theatrics of this type of suit.
Think of the Bell butthurt when the judge throws the thing out.

It'll be a joint PremRad and Cumulus conspiracy. ;)

Something like that actually is one of the things people let go.

Something to sue over would have been the non-compete.  Assuming there was one, and assuming he wanted to do a show.
Yep. I wish him, and all, a Merry Christmas, but if he wanted to sue and wanted to do a show the non-compete would've been a better bet. They are often very hard to enforce and not even legal in some states. (Rely on perception rather than actually being legally enforceable often if the person sues.)

What in the eff. What in the effing eff. I was going to post a mild-mannered query in here and ask if anyone knew the present state of Art Bell (room temperature was one of my feared answers.) I've been out of the loop for ages, you see, and ain't got no idea. It appears our Art is alive and well and still in the thick of it. I have no idea who sued whom about what, or whether Art has actually moved to Hawaii, or what the heck. Anyone feel free to give me a quick recap, I'd be ever so grateful.

No one told Art to grow tits. He just up and grew them. The problem is, is that he flaunts them but doesn't show them. Please show me your tits, Art. I want to see your tits, Art. I want to suck your tits, Art.

I am begging you: Calgon, take me away.

Just this moment, I have been struck by a vision!

The Stalker called Art, and threatened to kill, unless Art... filed the suit against Savage.

Eh? Eh? What do you y'all think? I'm new to this theorizing thing--I thought I'd try it out while I wait up for Reds Santa.

Greetings Art, were you a good boy this year? What did Santy Clause bring you,
something from C. Crane?

I'm pretty sure it was a new pony Duke.

Or it was 550 pounds of glue. Results unclear.

He said on that  ham radio podcast he might do a once a week podcast.  If that would be on the DMRN or if he will even do it is anyone guess. The host didn't ask a follow up.

He'd have to have a serious talk with Irene, then get in touch with the stalker to agree on format and topics.  No point in starting up, only to have his family scared out of their wits all over again.

Yep, Keith appears to be replaying some Art Bell hosted MITD shows tonight.
First one was with guest Travis Walton, and now playing is the one with Mike "Madman" Marcum from 9/4/2015...

The flat Earth MITD show.  Man, was that stupid.  The pie-loving Bigfoot show wasn't bad.

I actually liked this one with Greer...he just gives a historical summary of UFO events and doesn't get into his woo woo for sale stuff...pretty good show with several stories that I had not heard of before...not classic, but a pretty good show.

Art put on a pretty good show, I actually think if he did a once a week podcast he could actually stick with it because of the light workload. If he wanted to take a couple weeks off it wouldn't be a big deal either.

As a guy what has been out of the loop for ages, I know neither about a stalker nor what COPD is. Could some kind soul take a moment to fill me in? A basic esplanation will do.

Art quit MITD over being shot at by a "stalker" and a few months ago he was in the ER for COPD

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is an umbrella term used to describe progressive lung diseases including emphysema, chronic bronchitis, refractory (non-reversible) asthma, and some forms of bronchiectasis. This disease is characterized by increasing breathlessness.
