Get rid of that wiener and add some cheese curd and you'd have a plate of Poutine.  Lose the wiener and cover that with mayo and you'd have the Dutch treat "Fries and Mayo".  This dish is referred to as Canadian even though it originated in the Province of Quebec



My last visit to the island, Scotland had some kids laughing at me when I called the protein section of a hot dog the wiener. Apparently they call the sausage like portion the hotdog, I never found out what the entire wiener/bun combination was called.

At least those are legitimate concerns unlike those raised by certain other individuals on this thread.  I certainly hope Trump's speech has set a new tone in how he deals with his opposition. Rather than angrily attacking his opponents on Twitter, he should be the happy warrior like Ronald Reagan.

Disagree. Reagan (the presidential candidate) spoke out against globalism and his opponent George Bush (who obviously was a BIG proponent of). President Reagan was shot within 3 months of taking office in really weird circumstances and then got with the program.

I worry about the debt as well. Especially after the establishment doubled the debt ($10 trillion) over the last 8 years without anything to show for it.

We need to slash the size of the federal government. 30% from the EPA, Commerce, Education, Labor, and Energy for starters.

Of course Reagan spoke out against that stuff.  However, he did it in a way that made the other side look like idiots. He never spoke out in anger but presented the facts. The sort of stuff Trump has done on Twitter had all the manner of a petulant child.  I voted for the guy, love the policies he puts forward and I'm hopeful for his Presidency but the sniping he engages in on Twitter is beneath the dignity of the office.  I hope that is in the past.
