Looks like it was too soon.  :P

We can keep the life support running for a little while. Keep a crash cart close by.

Not sure that imdb.com made the right move with the Dumb & Dumber To (too?) promo around the obituary (sp)....

Thanks- it's been awhile since I heard her version...  The first time was late night on CKUA while I was working in a mine.  They announced Joan Osbourne and it was right around the time Ozzie Osbournes daughter was trying to make it.  I had never heard her and mistook this as her and recall thinking to myself that despite my effort to dislike her, she had real talent.  Later I found out that the Osbourne who sang this song was no relation and felt somewhat relieved.

Anyhow, great song.  Thanks for bringing back the memory.
This was one of the links on the side.  For a live performance it was damn good.

The Holmes Brothers are absolutely magical!  I first saw them at a blues fest about twenty-five years ago, and they knocked my socks off right through my shoes without untying them.  Their harmonies never fail to give me chills, and every time I've seen them I was exhausted at the end of the show.  I hadn't heard much about them lately, so it's great to see they're still bringing it!

Just a word about Philip Hughes. Cricket is a sadder place today. A young gifted batsman killed in a freak accident playing his game. Jazmunda and I joke about the ashes, but this young lad was a credit to his country and his sport.

His shenanigans with the Keef are highlarious in the latter dude's autobiography. It's crazy that any of that crew are still alive. Or are they?  ::)

Yeah, there are some great stories in there!  My favorite is his little Hawaiian adventure.
