OT: Feedback Please

I'm working on a site for a tutoring program that is very "busy" - lots of beeps and whistles - so the screen shots will add a lot of visual "stuff" to the site.

I'm going for minimalist - and will do one more that will most likely be almost exclusively gray-scale. (the program is colorful too)

These are very low resolution, but hopefully you can get the idea. 

Any thoughts?  (the text content is just a random place-holder for now)

I like the top green one better but that is just me and BELIEVE ME I HAVE BEEN KNOW TO BE WRONG  ;D.

Remember I agreed with you that some sites that are too techie or busy can cause those with epilepsy and other visual disorders problems but I like that at least your asking for opinions.

True enough!

Though those issue mostly apply to motion, sometimes tiny details (such as serif fonts in the main text) and the flicker rate of your monitor (CRT)

I'll be back with the gray-scale one shortly.
