Billy is Swiss, therefore your argument is null and void  ;D

Dammit! Editing now.

Sensible advice, but they never do. Mainly because the UFO community has a significant proportion of paranoid shut-ins for whom this is their life's work, and they don't take kindly to contradiction. Or criticism at all. This guy on here is just like that: 'you're all fools, and it has all been verified by 'experts' (i.e people who agree with me)', all to support the dubious claims of a one-armed Austrian peasant with a history of falsification.

Either Horn is so deluded he really buys into this, and he is sincere, but mad. Or, he is taking people for a ride. Or, he used to believe it, but now he realises it is all balls, but is so deep in that he can't pull out without taking a big financial hit/loss of 'credibility' (I use 'credibility' in its loosest possible sense).

This^^^.

Especially the bit about extra terrestrial UFO lovers. I'd extend that to pretty much all conspiracy theorists. They never admit they're wrong, they always demand that sceptics do 'their own research (proviso it agrees with them).' They never ever retract provably rubbish 'evidence', or simply ignore the logic.

Exactly. And throw new-earth creationists into the mix, and god-botherers generally, undsoweiter, as Swiss-Austrian, one-armed bandit Billy Meier would no doubt say. In between photographing another hub cap, of course.

god-botherers

I am intrigued. What is this?

Hold on there, your saying the Earth isn't 6,000 years old? Well now you've just gone too far.

Is this an attempt at irony, or are you being serious?

Quite serious, in that I've never seen that idiom before. I'll Google it after you provide context, thanks.

Look up Richard Dawkins interviewing Wendy Wright on YouTube. Shudder.

God-brothers is a bunch of bullshit. That is the context.

Annoying Evangelical types who want to tell you the Good News. Jehovah's Witnesses being the most egregious example. They usually turn up at unreasonable hours of the day, always in pairs, trying to sell you copies of The Watchtower. The only good news I am interested in is them fucking off and leaving me in peace.

Invite them in next time and ask them to help you index your lesbian porn video collection; they'll love it, they will.'

Thank you for the education.

That's an activity I'm pretty sure I would enjoy if someone would be kind enough to invite me to participate.  How come you've never done that, you thoughtless, self-absorbed git?

I did; I just accidentally gave you the wrong address to come to. I know you'd travelled a few miles but mistakes happen...sorry. The good news was the indexing didn't take as long as I expected. So wasn't all a loss.

I managed to find these two links for "Professor" Rahl Zahi aka Rahi Zahl. Oddly, he can't seem to get his name right. The distinguished scholar lists "Change Management Practitioneer[sic] certified" as an accomplishment. I don't find the word Professor, doctorate, or college anywhere. I'm guessing he's certified at managing to get change from your pocket into his. Mr. Horn, you disgust me.

That is quite possibly the most hateful comment ever posted here. At long last, have you no decency, Herr Wulf (if that's your real name)?

I think it looks more like the display of a baboon indicating its receptiveness to mating.

How did you get such compelling video evidence of the Plejarens? Are you a contactee or have they just given you enough rope to hang yourself?

Interestingly, I came across a very long thread at straightdope.com with countless posts by an anonymous poster named newinitiation.  Newinitiation extolled the virtues of Billy Meier in a style not unlike that of Mr. Horn, and even praised Mr. Horn himself.  He was condescending and belligerent, though not as bad as Mr. Horn has been here, and received several warnings from moderators for rudely insulting other posters in response to their questions (which, of course, he denied).  He also kept referring everybody to Michael Horn's site TheyFly.com, after using circular logic and lauding the work of experts who supported the Meier case, usually in aspects outside of their specialties.

Newinitiation did have some respectable statements.  Here are a couple:

You are yet to deal with any of the facts presented and engaging in name calling is the worst from of argument because the one who engages in it have nothing intelligent to say

What is the use of character assassination and put downs which gets nowhere

Now, I know Mr. Horn would never ever post anonymously without allowing people to examine his credentials, but I do wish he would take some of Mr. Newinitiation's advice.

By the way, what are Mr. Horn's credentials?  I haven't been able to find them apart from the sort of thing that comprised his first post on this thread.

Still at it, huh?

My credentials are that...I quite successfully do what none of you can (as well as being a credentialed teacher, etc.). Maybe I'm wrong though, please post links to your research, websites, interviews, etc., take your time (you'll need to run out the clock).

As for poor MB Wulf, apparently a slow learner, so one more time:

It doesn't matter who Rhal is (though he's of course a real person). He provided the - here it comes - PROTOCOLS to duplicate his testing. That, for those who are still unclear, is how the...SCIENTIFIC METHOD works. No one's opinion, claims, etc., just...reproducible results.

Now back to the defamalizer to attack that.

Again, you'd all be better served by contemplating the adorable, innocent young child in Jackstar's photo, it may help you reboot your very corrupted hard drives.
