You pick some weird causes to champion, Guv'nah.
And one of the reporters/bloggers/former co-workers who, at least according to some articles and himself, help "break the case" of the sex cult is facing charges of his own. A bizarre story all the way around with lots of interesting 'connections.'

If involves children, legally mentally incapacitated, etc than obvious issue but where is the line drawn when people are adults and 'consenting' when it comes to cults and such? I mean Hollywood promotes all level of deviance and perversion as 'normal' and 'life-style choices' so if a person consents to become a slave or give their money awayor move to some ashram, compound, etc? Tattoos and body-modifications are known and praised but if done by some doctor, fraternity, or cult that is not ok? People hire people to demean or abuse them as a "fetish" and this is praised as open-minded, sexual freedom but not if he recruits too many? I read some article that some French lady was making big $ from "dominating" her customers and demanding they send her Bitcoins, give bank account numbers, etc as a part of their "game."
Where is line drawn? I guess that is where juries and prosecutorial discretion come in?
This is not in defense of these freaks, Hollywood, cults, etc but out of curiosity.

Not sure where to place this so figured here since it is bizarre and involves the Vatican, Met Gala, Hollywood stars, Jewish billionaires ("one of the archdiocese greatest supporters,") urrban and pop music stars, religious themed bondage items and costumes, and general weirdness....and who knows what the after parties will entail?
