I can't understand people who live in "urban" areas or try to gentrify neighborhoods, especially whites but even minority groups. I know you can make some money but, at least if you have a family, too much risk. I also can't understand "urban youths," and some are not that young, They bitch about access to businesses, work, education and want reinvestment in their neighborhoods, and profiling by cops by burning stuff down, looting, committing crime, and attacking people. Gee that really makes me want to invest in a business there or even divert public funds there or to those people (it is not like we've spent untold amounts of money in their neighborhoods or as direct payment and what good did it do anyone?) And committing crimes to protest something certainly helps with the "profiling" issue.
