can anybody tell me what song this is?

Art's a good old-fashioned bowl-winder morning dump while Noory is an accidental shart stuck in your car in the middle of gridlock traffic

Maybe it's a mail-order bride/sex-tourism website for lonely Hams?

1054
I'd like to knock Lazar's giant patio window nerd glasses into a muddy puddle

1055
you mean guests are now asking for straight donations instead of pimping their latest book/DVD/cruise/conference ?

It would be interesting to see what  Dames, Hoagland, Greer, the Ancient Aliens bunch, Moulton Howe and some of the lesser knowns(like Nick Redfern, Andrew Collins) make a year. Apparently it's enough not to need "real" jobs and some of them have been at it for decades

1056
but do any listeners actually catch on to these guys? I guess at worse it's harmless escapism so long as you don't hand any money over

1057
I got a laugh seeing this guy was a guest last night with Noory. How long has this guy been pimping this thing? 20 years? The Apollo project took less time. Of course his hovercraft Aircar is perpetually only a year or 2 away from being in everybody's garage.  The best show was when a caller asked Moller about his 2003 SEC investigation "As of late 2002, MI's approximately 40 years' of development has resulted in a prototype Skycar capable of hovering about fifteen feet above the ground."  (Paying a $50000 fine after bilking 5.1 million from 500 marks. not too shabby). How can anybody still subject their audience to this huckster?

1058
how many suckers truth-seekers does it take to sign up for one of his fact-finding trips/cruises before RCH gets to travel for free?

I recently listened to a somewhere in time where Art's interviewing some guy from Nigeria(so you KNOW he's honest) 'Efiong Sam' about how God is alive and living in Nigeria. Every time Art asks how he knows the guy is God(as opposed to some nutjob), 'Sam' avoids giving a direct answer to the point where Art  gets pissed off and gives up after about 2h of this nonsense.

Then Hoagland calls and admits that it was he who suggested having this clown on the show and, SURPRISE SURPRISE, Hoagy just happens be planning one of his "fact-finding" trips to Africa and asks for donations.  It was so sickeningly carny-ish I was simultaneously fascinated and repulsed.

recently Clyde did a show about shortwave numbers stations that was very Art Bell-esque.
you can download/listen to it here

What's the code in his latest facebook pic?

1066
he's going to stick his face in a Scarface-sized pile of turmeric

Vicki can't fill a 3 hour show
Hoagland, Dames et al can.

As for the BS they peddle, Art never poked holes in it so why should Noory

1068
I bet her explanation made sense when she explained it to her cats.  There was a point in that call at 2:06:30 where you could hear the giant gear in her head break

1069
thanks for the link

for a minute I thought George might be getting sued by the English language or sumptin'

1070
what lawsuit?

8. this was a ploy to squeeze some "stay away from radio" money from Premier to protect c2c's market share.

My grandfather's homestead was north-east of this area, on the Saskatchewan side.  It's a part of the shortgrass prairie that wasn't suited to farming.  There are large stone 'circles' scattered through this unplowed region.  There were four of these 'circles' on grandpa's place.  I wasn't allowed to play around them, only to look and don't touch or move anything.  Often wonder if they are still there .....

possibly medicine wheels?

comment from the youtube Chichen Itza video: "I love how Hoagland is dressed like a retired old man waiting for the early bird special at the Sizzler." ;D

1074
Hoagland has the same degree as "America Unearthed" host Scott Wolter. A coffee with whipped cream on top from the University of Minnesota-Duluth

has anybody watched Mr Bolo tie/silver mullet's latest "documentary" CURIOSITY: Confirming Ancient Intelligence On Mars - Richard C. Hoagland LIVE?

Fast forward to about 1h39min for the good stuff. He manages to see a buried missile, millionaire's desert getaway, a water pump, part of the Titanic and a child's shoe on mars!

The usually-moronic youtube commenters (for the most part)weren't even buying it. some gems:
"Just starting the video. I have to admit the women doing the intro is a milf and a half"(referring to Robin Falkov)

"I made the insane mistake of buying hoagland's dark mission book for £20! It was in waterstone's sitting next to factual books about space : S. Its the only book I've actually wanted to burn - preferably with an ancient martian heat ray if such a thing existed"

“Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it. Also, use enough mousse in your hair so you can cut a tomato with it” -Richard C. Hoagland

how much is corporate radio to blame? seems like radio in general has become so sanitized and generic.  If a guy like Art were starting out today, the suits would laugh in his face. "You wanna broadcast from where?  AH-HAHAHA"
