George, we know you're too braindead to roast
But you are a disgrace as a host
You've pickled our ears
For 10 miserable years
While you destroyed what was left of our Coast.

There, fixed that for ya Katherine.

I'd give you one Distinguished Pizza Roll Medal for that effort.

You know what?  I know Noory sucks.

Pretty good summary of Clyde, COB.  Even still, as long as Clyde isn't going-off on some long rant, I'd still much rather listen to him than Nitwit Noory.

LMH was too busy investigating the disappearance of bees in South America to be bothered with Noory's self-love fest to call in.

That's sounds reasonable.  I thought she'd manage to avoid any opportunity for the glorification of Noory.

You've nailed it again, P*B.  King Jorch with his crapper throne.

The C2C site has at least part of the vomit-inducing poem Katherine Albrect read last night:"

"George, we know you're too humble to boast, but you're our favorite radio host. You've pickled our ears for 10 excellent years..."

Did she really say "pickled our ears" or was it "tickled our ears?"  The "pickled-our ears" is of course closer to the truth.  Maybe it was a Freudian slip on her part.

Did LMH manage to escape from the ship of fools last night?

Thanks to Morgus and his assistants for giving a blow-by-blow description (no pun intended) of the action that I HAD to know about, but could NOT bear to listen to tonight. You should all be given medals for courage.  :-*

Absolutely.  Anybody who could tolerate what everybody knew was going to be a beyond-belief-crapfest deserves a commendation.  I'd like to nominate them for the Pizza Roll Medal of Honor.

They tried.  The force is strong with this evil one known as Noory.

I believe tin is what you give for 10th anniversaries.

I'm sending George a tin can of cat vomit, raccoon excrement, dried bloody boogers and a plug of ear wax.

And any other leftovers I can find in this fridge.

Throw in a pizza roll if you find one.  Pizza rolls will forever have a special place in my heart.

ok thanks. Btw did coast used this for his Birthday too

Yeah, I mentioned that earlier as a great indication of the lack of creativity at C2C.  They just took his "birthday card" and changed it to "anniversary."  In other words, they "re-gifted" him with the same card.  :D

I don't think Art will touch tonight's load of garbage.

Here's a pic of Noory and his friends celebrating 10 years of worthless hosting:[attachimg=1]

Just to show how lazy and uncreative C2C is in general, that's the same childish cartoon they used for his birthday.  All they did was remove "Happy Birthday" and replace it with "Happy Anniversary."  So typical.  ::)

yeah the c2c website has that pic up plus they are asking for listener messages to Noory for the 10th anniversary tonight:

 Happy 10th Anniversary, George! height=83
Tonight, we're celebrating George Noory's 10th anniversary as the host of Coast to Coast. If you would like to share a greeting and/or one of your favorite moments from the last decade, please post on Twitter: #George10 or send a note to Fast Blast, and we'll re-post some of your comments throughout the night.

My favorite moment from the last decade was when Noory announced he'd probably retire in 2012.   My least favorite moment was when that didn't happen.

That cartoon says it all for me about the downfall of C2C.  From "The Twilight Zone" to a Bizarro World version of "Beany and Cecil."  :P

....And by the way - just because you don't like George's politics it doesn't make them 'right wing' either.  As a 'right winger',  I don't recognize much George says that I agree with either.  How about he's just a moron, and picks out the nuttiest stuff from the kooks on the Left and the Right?

P*B, your "he's just a moron" comment reminded me of the classic Three Stooges parody of Hitler and Nazi Germany, only The Stooges are in the country of Moronika.  Maybe if Jorge digs deeper into, he'll find his real roots are there.   ;D

The Numbers Lady? She's a fraud. Period. I hate her appearances. Horrible topic for a 10th Anniversary.

I'm hoping for a Stanton Friedman/Seth Shostak debate. Now that would make for a great 10th Anniversary show!

The Numbers Nut is an automatic radio shutdown for me.  I'd be surprised if Friedman shows up.  I won't be listening tonight, anyway.  The submerging artists are enough to keep me away.

Morgus is right.  Noory likes to keep things stale.  I think his psyche embraces known quantities.  He doesn't like surprises.  Kind of ironic for a show that's suppose to be delving into the paranormal.  Just one more reason why Noory sucks.

Just the usual cast Jorch can dig-up for Sunday night.  The Numbers Lady (gag...), RCH.  Maybe Farnthorpe, so Nooron can get his kicks from the millionth retell of Springheel Jack.   ::)

I predict LMH will NOT appear.  Once a month with Jorch is all she seems to be able to stomach, to her credit.

I get a good laugh when Noory refers to Richard C. Crazy as the "Science Advisor."  That tells me all I need to know.  ;D

Wells says tonight is his one year anniversary of taking over the Saturday c2c hosting from Ian Punnett.
Has it been a year already?

I distinctly remember Wells first showing-up in December of last year.  Maybe it wasn't for Ian but filling in for Noory.

Put me down for that all around fun guy Hugo Chavez.   Should be an easy one but then again he seems to have as many life's as Generalissimo Francisco Franco had deaths.

Great summary of the sad state of C2C.  You described me last night.  I made it through the first hour and that was it for me.  Art could keep me entranced throughout the night.  Noory?  If I'm not laughing, I'm cringing, or simply bored to sleep.  It's amazing how C2C has gone from one extreme of the quality spectrum to the other.  I don't even bother turning on C2C most nights anymore, unless I need something to put me to sleep.

UFO Phil is every single thing I hated about 90's rock music combined.  It needs to die.

The UFO Phil song is the perfect metaphor for the Noory bastardization of C2C.  C2C now stands for from Classic to Crappola.

Just substitute "Happy 10th Anniversary" for "Happy Birthday" and you get the right feel for the Sunday night horror.

He was also in several episodes of the Twilight Zone.  The Snorge may not know this, as he has apparently seen just the same 4 or 5 episodes over and over.
The Odd Couple was pretty funny.

I watched several of the episodes when SciFi was doing it's Twilight Zone marathon this week.  Still great to watch even after all these years.  I even watched one of Jorch's faves, "To Serve Man," so that covers one of the 4 or 5.  The title must be where Jorch got his selfless life-goal idea.  I missed the Mumy episode so that would be one of the 4 or 5.  Are you sure Jorch has actually seen that many Twilight Zones?  :D

I'm sure the show will be a delight.  First Sunday of the month, so it'll include the ear-numbing submerging artists.  The usual cast of C2C miscreants popping in for the slobber-fest, maybe another rehash of "Springheel Jack."  I wonder if Jorch will "spoil" his listeners by closing the crap fest with his favorite tune of all by UFO Phil.  I think I'll miss it.  ::)

If I had any Photoshop skills, I'd make a pic of Giorgio with small critters peaking out from the jungle on top of his head.  I'm thinking a tree frog, some kind of rodent, a gecko, a gray ........

Noory was more like bumbling Ensign Parker on McHale's Navy...  ;D

I'm sure that's closer to reality, Morgus, but in Jorch's mind, he no doubt pictures himself ranking with Lord Nelson.  We don't want to forget how the Prez, or was it the Royal Family, pleaded for his service.  ::)   I need to call C2C some night as a fawning admirer and ask if they've built a suitable monument for Jorch, yet.

Jorch: "Life is not like a bowl of Jerrys"

Hahahahah, Jorch quote of the week.... let's hope life is not a bowl of Jorches.   I was up late so I decided to tune into the nightly train wreck.  C2C is playing that awful Coast Insider ad again where some creepy C2C listener is extolling it's virtues and stating his favorite C2C show is about, of all horrific things, "human mutilation."     It closes with Jorch making comments as if all is perfectly normal.    Ah, yes, C2C has now become the favorite show of psychos across the land.   ::)

The Montana UFO Lady wasn't bad.  At least she was new.  We got to discover Jorch is also an expert in nuclear warfare when he claimed he knew we would know when the Russians would start the launch sequence of one of their ICBMs.  It must come from his time when he was an admiral in McHale's Navy or maybe when he was a secret agent in "Get Smart."
