The "Timmy Church" line made me lose my shit. Pure gold. And portals.

As previously suggested, maybe Jimmy really does think he can save Coast. But as also pointed out, never count out the dumbness of a big dumb corporation. Best case, an upgrade from Noory.

Maybe? But that seems so far fetched. You know time has gone by and stuff...George is still there.

Is there a chance Jimmy will Honour Art Bell and his DM
network?

Now THAT would be awesome.

Is Jimmy taking calls?

I mean when Jimmy was recently on the Clyde Lewis show, CL made it clear that Jimmy was hailing from Art Bells network.

But, Clyde is really still independent. I never miss his show. He is all over the map... But I like that, really.

Well, there was that part about "being safe" the new American mantra... And shorshes  favourite sign off.
Being safe, is the new "get a life."

Must be the curse of having opposable thumbs.

Getting a life is no longer a "thing" evidently.

I imagine Jimmy will ban me from FB. Since I am the same entity all over the internets.
It won't take him long to figure that out.

He did say it was a sad day. But he got about three likes also.
It does make me wonder. Because when I listened to his interview with JBW (it was really good!) he claimed his tweeters were all a-twater about the underwater thingamajig.
It seemed fake.

Like really my twitters are all a flutter about my amazing... Whatever. How would you know?
I suppose you could follow, ain't nobody got time for that.

Anyone know how Ian is doing?
I liked him way back when, but I got fed up.
However, I do hope he is doing okay in life and stuff.
I suppose I could google him.

Not as much fun as asking a dumb question here though;)

What exactly do you not understand about:
"deleted & posted on previous page here"  ?

Repetitive & RedundAnt? He's a new host on c2c & no previous threads on him there.

Your tone shows how you think & you think you are the only one that matters in this village.  ;D

Oh maaaaaan, he wishes! How is doing a Sunday, or whatevah day he is doing make him a new host? Carrot meet stick.

I believe al-Noory is using Church as a double-naught spy on the DMRN hoping to get insider information on Art by buttering his balls just in time for Thanksgiving & Christmas. But like most turkeys, they end up getting slaughtered for the feast of the victors (al-Noory). Jimmy Church as I said before isn't fit to smell Art's seat let alone fill in for him. Bella Lagosi said it best "Karloff! Karloff! He isn't fit to smell my shit!" Same for you Mr. Church, you ARE the turd in the swimming pool.

Yeah. I totally agree now. Just saying the first time I tuned into Jimmy and he said that it seemed the proper attitude.
In my mind I thought everyone on DM was sorta just holding the fort until Art got back.
That would have been the right thing to do.
Jimmy is off my list and I have only listened to a couple of his shows.
Oh well, there's plenty others where he came from:/

And "FADERNAUTS" give me a fucking break. That is SO corny.

I can't believe Keith signed off on this.

The more I think about this the more pissed off I am.
I wish Art would drop us a line about this clusterfuck.

Meanwhile as I wait for Art to return next summer, I mainly listen to www.freedomslips.com 3 streams which are at least funny and Richard Dolan & others on www.kgraradio.com and search www.shoutcast.com for keywords: art bell

See ya  ;D

Ah and yes, Solaris Blueraven has her own show there too, lol.
Also last time I listened so did Douglas Dietrich.
I stopped tuning into this station because I was learning NOTHING and it just became a complete waste of headspace.

I feel like this sums up my attitude towards ... um ... everything.

Well, James Evan Pilato left the show, which was a shame. James really rocks. So Clyde's new producer is Tracy Twyman.

I find her work interesting, but she seems to have brought more to Clyde's table than I could stomach.
Her favourite hobby is channelling demons and trying to get Baphomet to tell her how to get rich.

Clyde's audience were fed up, so Clyde decided to shift gears a bit last night.
BY DOING A SIMULCAST WITH JC.

arrrrgggghhhhhhh.

These are my favourite shows right now.
The No Agenda Show.
(They analyze and deconstruct he media so I don't have to!)

Mysterious Universe.
More UFO related topics.

Both of these shows are fun and intelligent and strictly listener supported.
This make a huge difference is the quality of any show.
The audience is not the product.

Oh, and The Freezone with Freeman.
He's an old friend and just really pleasant to listen to.
Streams first hour free every Saturday night at 8PM central.

So (ha) John Titor calls Jimmy Church from Japan and nobody here cares?

Really? WTF. This is getting so META.
I haven't heard that one, do you have a link?

The first time I listened to JC he announced himself as filling in for Art Bell.
That went down well with me.
But now that he is just stepping on Art, I am done with him.
(Although admittedly this Titor thing intrigues me.)

I only just heard about Jimmy Church a couple of months ago. He had the Area 51 caller on. It was oddly disrespectful of Art, because a51 caller claimed he informed Art up front that it was a performance call.
And then he and Church said a few things that implied that Arts satellites did not go down, but Art had fabricated that for effect.
Fair enough, I don't care... Cause Art was doing what he did best... Making my hair stand on end.
Since Jimmy is on DMR I assumed Art was in the background chuckling.

But this sleeping with GN bullshit...

Yeah yeah, we are all in the present moment now and the past doesn't matter. Dark Matter doesn't Matter.
AT THIS POINT WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?
Heh.
I won't listen to Jimmy anymore. Just seeing him in photos with Noory makes me throw up in my mouth.

He is a strange bird. Totally willing to individuate at least fifty percent of the populace. Doesn't mind it at all.
And he wonders why he hasn't really "made it", (whatever that means).
I was subscribing for a while, but too many ads.
The pre-show for subbers, well yeah... For $10.00 a month you can watch me put my make-up on. It would be as interesting.
My main point though, Authur Bane, vampire hunter.
Gotta admit, Phil puts out.
He doesn't mind who sucks his dick.
I kinda admire that.

Happy Halloween. Is Phil still any good (ignore the politics?) He pissed me (and others) off with he persecutions of sites and sharers of his stuff when he was hilarious, innovative, and great. Does he still do bits, voices, and callers or is it all political stuff?

I listen to his show every day. He does nothing but schtick...no callers since it is a podcast.
But he is really happy to have moved away from radio and get a breath of freedom.
I love when he cracks up at his own characters.
It is a fun show, and worth listening to.

Good to see you around.

I need to find more time for this forum.
It really is one of the best.

The reason I was kicked out of PH FB was back in the summer when the Bundy Ranch situation was in full heat.
Phil was all for DLM doing a great job.
I complained that DLM didn't know SHIT about baby cows, and had damaged so many of them by separating them from their mothers.
REALLY PHIL?

He later invited me back in to his fold. so, I was keen to clarify I am a native American, so I hate the democrats AND the republicans. But man, Phil goosesteps like nobody's business.
And yeah Phil, if you read this... all good man...it isn't anything I haven't said as close to your face as I am ever gonna be, hah;)
Good to see you too MV!

Hey, you are a BIG FAT NOBODY until PH has banned you from his FB page.
Heh.
It took me exactly ONE comment.
I simply cannot stand his peanut view of politics while he still claims and actually demonstrates that he knows history.

I am just dropping in though, to say Hello to my Buds at the forum here, and to mention...
I listen to Hendrie live on tune in every day for free.
I subscribed for a few months ...but he truly just kept pissing me off.

However his Vampire Hunter show two days ago was solid GOLD..
I RECORDED IT ON MY IPOD, BUT I am seriously too lazy to even steal it and upload it.

Happy Halloween you guys. I should come round more often...you may not like me, but I like you;)

soooo, in the meantime. clyde lewis got his show deleted from XM after art came back. not sure if there is any correlation. clyde has been underfed for years in radio. yeah, some say lean and mean. whatever you call it... for my money, which is none... anyone who listens to noory instead of clyde is missing out.
just read this ONE article posted above, for his show tonight.
he writes an article every day to go with his show.
even though the article I have posted here is startling and so informative... it's really just what he does five days a week for five hours.
anyone who says clyde lewis doesn't rock the airwaves doesn't get it.
so, XM could have at least put clydes show back on, because last night when my internet went down I would have something to listen to.
clyde and art will meet in heaven and shoot the shit. noory will spend eternity in that bland purgatory he created for millions of listeners, year after year after year;)

Noory is a complete robot.
You know why he is the best employee ever? Because he doesn't have any passion or verve.
With Art out of the way, no problem giving him a very long contract.
So, Norry comes on Michaels show... and just spits out a bunch of words designed to make himself look good
He's got no soul...and HE SUCKS.
Luckily, the call only lasted ten minutes, I was reaching my limit.

Gawd, I hope he doesn't.  If I approve of nothing else about how this dispute with SiriusXM has been handled, I do approve of Art's decision to deactivate his facebook page, and, hopefully to stay clear of "fan" forums for awhile.  I've read numerous comments on this thread repeating the vile accusations about Ramona's passing, repeating the tired-out crap about Airyn's age, about Art's relationship with his kids, and more "fuck you, I hate you, you bastard!" than can be accounted for by anger and/or disappointment from fans about Dark Matter going dark.  I'd note that much (not all, but much) of it is coming from people who have rarely posted here before, and people who have registered a vocal dislike of everything Art's done for the past several months, including dissatisfaction with Dark Matter while we had it.

Combine angry fans, PremRat trolls, Gnoory trolls, Clear Channel trolls, and SiriusXM trolls with a number of other sorts who have carried a seething dislike of Art Bell for too many years to be healthy for anyone, and this forum looks pretty nutty tonight.
AGREED!!
