All you're capable of is childish name-calling.  Also, stating the truth isn't really name calling and you are both an idiot and a sexist pig.

Let me make this clear,  Trump can be a pig and I really don't like many of the things he has done in the past but better than Hillary, the rape enabler.

And let me make this clear, only an idiot or a sexist pig or both could truly believe that.

Hillary was an enabler who allowed her sexist pig husband to sexually assault and harass women.  If anything, she is the sexist pig and betrayed her gender.

And Trump is a self-confessed serial sexual assaulter.  Yet, you hold the woman more responsible. Again, you're either a sexist pig or an idiot or both.

Reality has a liberal bias.  Not criticizing conservative talk means you have an empty head.

Aye, anti-intellectualism is as big of a problem as anti-nonformaleducationism. Wonder if our noble intellectuals are capable of being open minded enough to see their own close minded flaws?

Then you have the problem with the entire system of higher education in which the only way modern scholars can make a name for themselves is by rewriting history. Someone writing a paper on how Lincoln freed the slaves is not going to get published nor will they pass leftwing peer review. So our modern scholars are forced to constantly come up with new theories and prove them.

This goes the same for the man made climate change industry which is completely populated by pro man made climate change scholars. Someone who doesn’t believe in it would never seek degrees in the subject. So you have a bunch of brain washed yutes majoring in it being educated by brainwashed scholars. All too close minded to realize they’re preaching has gone totally off track from the foundations of science.

This is why it’s so enjoyable to use scientists words against the modern bastardized form of science which has been totally derailed. Any time they are questioned, their immediate response is to shut down study and debate. There is nothing more unscientific than that. And every time they site “consensus” they confirm their brainwashed ignorance.

Every time a half wit has his arguments rejected by a scientist they claim it's because the scientist is too wedded to the current theories to realize they're wrong.

I think we have a snowflake half wit here with GD5150.

No one would deny the value of a liberal (in the true sense) education.  Unfortunately that has not been available in the west since the early sixties.  Instead, our best and brightest are indoctrinated by tenured hippies in post modern Marxist/Leninist philosophy.  The sad part is that only a small percentage of these products of social engineering will outgrow their miseducation.

Criticizing conservative talk on campuses is 'politically correct' censorship.  Not criticizing liberal talk on campuses means you've been indoctrinated.

The only people who have been indoctrinated are fools like you.

For the people here who lie that Trump had an agenda during the campaign (or a consistent agenda)

https://twitter.com/mattyglesias/status/935898087599599619

This tweet is not complete though as at various times during the campaign Trump also promised the exact opposite on many of these things.

"No tax cuts for the rich" but the actual proposal on his website did call for large tax cuts for the rich
"No cut to medicaid" but eliminate 'Obamacare' which included expansions to medicaid
"reimposition" of Glass-Steagall, but repeal Dodd-Frank which is partly a modern update on Glass-Steagall
"new tariffs on foreign imports" but also Trump said he wasn't opposed to free trade deals, just the free trade deals that he hadn't personally negotiated

I don't like that compromise. They should be counted as an illegal and number of House apportionment should be subtracted by those numbers. This way sanctuary States have an incentive to help the Federal government agencies identify and deport the illegals. Census workers, teachers, and medical workers (including EMTs) should also be deputized to arrest, or at least inform ICE, if they discover an illegal in the course of their work.

It was a good enough compromise to address the slaves.

They got some bad hombres down in Mexico! That is why we need a secured border.

By the way, the biggest voter manipulation/fraud is caused by illegals and other non-citizens. Because during the census ALL residents are counted. So when a certain state or sanctuary city allows millions of illegals in their population is much higher and so they will get more apportionment and votes in the House. So even when the illegals themselves don't vote, which they sometimes do, the people that support them (mainly Democrat and certain States) get more votes and the cycle continues that they "pay off" and pander to the illegals by granting more pro-illegal alien policies, draw more in, and then get more voting power.

I believe the proposed solution to this is to count an illegal immigrant as 3/5 of a person.

Like I said, I only added up the two candidates because the other parties had very little impact.  I hope that changes, by the way. I still maintain the enthusiasm was down for the two main candidates and more people voted against a candidate rather than for another.

If I had written a comment claiming that enthusiasm for the 2016 election was high because it had the highest raw vote ever, your reply would be correct.  I did not make any such comment.   :P

I reply to this because this highlights the problem with black and white thinkers who demand the perfect statistic that covers a situation completely (not calling you here a black and white thinker)  whereas, in virtually all cases different statistics on the same thing better reflect different contexts. Also,  most of the time, quantitative analysis is better served with additional qualitative analysis.

I don't think so.  Sorry, Sparky.  Unless you are counting 3rd party votes but I still doubt it.

2008
                         Obama            McCain
Popular vote   69,498,516   59,948,323    =   129,446,839

2012                  Obama           Romney
Popular vote   65,915,795   60,933,504   = 126,849,299

2016                   Trump           Clinton
Popular vote   62,984,825   65,853,516  = 128,838,351

Have you already forgotten the relatively large third party campaigns from 2016 that didn't exist in either 2012 or 2008, or are you once again trying to falsely manipulate the numbers?  To quote H Ross Perot "That's just sad."

2016 total votes for President:  137,125,484
2012 total votes for President:  129,237,642
2008 total votes for President:  131,473,705
2004 total votes for President:  122,303,590

So, yes, highest total votes ever, and with the exception of 2008, second highest eligible voter turnout percent since 1972.  2004 might have had a slightly higher eligible voter turnout percent, but like I wrote anyway, eligible voter turnout has been around 60% since 2004.  Obviously it dipped in 2012, but it was still around 60%.

2000 total votes for President: 105,425,985  So, you can see the big jump in 2004.
1996 total votes for President: 96,275,640.  I believe that was the lowest eligible voter turnout in any Presidential election since 1972.

The total 3rd party vote for President was around 6% in 2016.
