Before you get too full of yourself, OLG spotted his impending banishment more than a month ago, and registered a new handle as a precaution.  Beat that.

Well according to MV rules below this asshole, Gerry I mean, needs to be tossed again...

Falkie, don't forget to add "Free schmepper" (OLG's new name) to the end of your video rants.

I thought multiple ID's are also banned so schlepper so go as well

Fair enough. Although your eloquent reply might have carried a little more weight if you'd previewed it first. Those 70 hour weeks must have taken their toll.

They did take a toll although I wasn't really concerned about who much "weight" I carried. Ipad mini  plus fat fingers are my excuse.

Well that reminds me of the joke about the man who used to go around with a spray all the time, spraying all over the place. Eventually someone asked him what he was doing:

- "It's to keep the kangaroos away"
- "But there aren't any kangaroos here"
- "Exactly!"

You can't really say whether it was true one way or the other.

I remember at the time all the talk was how we were so unprepared for the calamity that was going to fall on us, and you had that strange man Gary North on who was really getting off on the prospect of societal breakdown. I think it had more to do
with millennial anxiety than anything else, although perhaps there was an element of truth that got overblown, in typical media style. As a general rule of thumb, whenever someone predicts something, you know it is guaranteed not to happen.

Still waiting for the Killshot.

"you can't really say whether it was true one way or the other."   Wrong

The programming on many many systems and applications did not go past 1999, when tested with 2000 they failed. I tested them I saw them fail.  This was true , this happened. If not fixed they would fail period and access would fail, think banks, government data , hospitals, medical records, military etc. etc . They were fixed. Art's statements are correct. If you worked 70 hours a week for a year fixing it you would not be questioning it.

The Y2k thing kills me, it was a real problem, the reason it did not cause trouble is exactly because we gave it so much hype that a lot of big company's fixed it before it became a big problem, and that's the truth.

Art

Very True... I work for fortune 50 company, I ran the  Y2k  program for one sector , it was very real and we spent many millions fixing it , if we didn't multiple systems and applications worldwide would have failed, I remember sitting in the Data Center at midnight crossing my fingers..... We got off with minor issues and stayed up....

Pendulous?

Fido ? -  Early life[edit]Fido probably began life sometime in the autumn of 1941 as an independent street dog in Luco di Mugello, a small town in the municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo, in theTuscan Province of Florence, Italy. One night in November 1941, on his way home from the bus stop, a brick kiln worker in Borgo San Lorenzo named Carlo Soriani (Senda)  found him/her  lying injured in a roadside ditch. Not knowing who the dog belonged to, Soriani (Senda) took him/her  home and nursed him/her  back to health. Soriani and his wife(Patty) decided to adopt the dog, naming him Fido ("faithful", from Latin fidus).

What gave it away? Another time, another place I'd be with Paladin and offer to help the twat; but he's so far up his own arse he hasn't time for anyone else but himself.

Sorry YP, poor attempt at humor on my part I guess, your posts actually crack me up.... I admittedly am not as nice a person as you or Paladin and others on this board,  as at no time has it ever entered my mind to help him , especially  in light of the way he "requests" help.  I don't believe in enabling destructive behavior, be it drunks, drug addicts or  bums. I tend to support "real" charities where my money can actually do some good, (hopefully).... Carry on all as I am now sucked into the Vortex that is this thread.

Yes, AJ is defintely censored. No argument there.

It disturbs me a bit tho that I have to listen to foreign news outlets to get a more objective perspective on what's happening in the US than reported by our own msm. This wasn't the case a few years back (20?). And the trend is progressing.

Agree Zen Master George Orwell's vision is now reality

You pretty much have to go to BBC, Al-Jazeera, RT and such to get non-censured US news.

It's almost starting to get a bit like NKorea and such where you have to get outside broadcasts to really know what's going on in your own country.

Al-Jazeera non censured ?  , getting like North Korea ? Going a bit overboard here ??  OK carry on

Yes sir general...but G-2 reports this douche has been trying to kiss Art's ass for a longtime. Read some of his stuff. I am surprised this phoney has been flying under the radar as long as he has! His nonsense about him and Art and his I am sure imaginary wife in cebu and his sooo very recent discovery of his "gay" son to his dating black women in neighborhoods where when he'd go, "to pick up my girl for a date got my ass kicked because they said I was going to get one of their girls"  but he felt it was ok. He deserved it and it made him feel better getting his ass kicked. Made him a better man, and a ton of racist and anti-American crap and his, I was once a conservative then I  grew up and realized...blah, blah, blah. He is a sad sick little nothing. I love to get a thread like flackies for him, because like the fat boy this guy is so full of shit and just can't help himself from vomiting it for all to see. Most likely a sick little puppy.

He also took on a gang of 5 I believe but said he was willing to die to protect others, or some such bullshit, dude I fought in the ring nobody's taking out 5 except in the movies or with a gat.

Just want to pop in here and say to everyone, "hi, and goodbye".  I've had my fill of the attitude and the treatment of liberalism.  My apologies, but I just am at a place philisophically where some of the sucking up to Art (I LOVE Art, but some stuff here is just plain too much), and the berating of people such as gays is just not the kind of thing I want to spend what little time I have with.  Don't get me wrong, you are all very interesting people and some of you are even pretty bright, but I just don't have the stamina or value system to spend time here when I can spend it renewing my technical education (I'm trying to do a career shift for the better).  God bless you all, and please don't reply and go off topic, I won't even come here to see the replies anyways.  May you all fare well, but I'm outa here.  Peace all!

Oh go fuck off, "some of you are even pretty bright" ???? Gee thanks that means a lot from a massive intellect like yourself. . NOT !!. I would call you a little bitch but your really just a self righteous boring troll.

Sorry to hear that Art. We usually pick Waffle House when on the road. Cheap, sleazy yes .. but they cook it in front of you. Denny's hides their cooks. Steak and Shake is another chain that lets you watch what they're cooking. If a cook has a cold or wipes a snotty nose .. well .. at least you can see it.  ;)

I never eat anywhere that does not at least serve beer. Booze kills all fast food germs....  ;D

The universe does run on compassion.  There is compassion in love and love in compassion.  Love is the source of all, as it gives everything; eternal creation, eternal individuality, eternal free will.  You can choose to be the biggest baddie you wish to, and you will still retain your individuality and and existence.

Nobody has the right to harm others, but most of us have the power and ability to do so, as free will always allows free will.

If you want to kill and harm other people, that is your choice, and a world you are building for yourself and those around you.  I choose love, forgiveness, and unending compassion.  I would like to live in a world with people like Mother Theresa, not people who make war, and make excuses to let people starve and die for no reason.

I will not, and do not want to take or redistribute anyone's wealth or resources.   I only wish to share what little I have with others, and be a kind person.

I state this with the most  love, forgiveness, and unending compassion, will you please shut the fuck up and go away. Thank you from the bottom of my unending loving heart.

I made $ 250 for a minute and 11 seconds and my You Tube earnings are going up everytiime I check them.
Maybe not the thousands that MV makes which keeps him in beer from this thread but $250 for less than 2 minutes isn't bad.
And its $ 250 more than you've ever made from this thread, which is ZERO $,  despite your thousands of bs posts, isn't it ?

Huh ? I posted on this thread once after stumbling on this train wreak from the Art Bell and GNS thread. Don't  worry about me I don't give a shit what you do,  I am used to ignoring bums and panhandlers working in NYC.....

What I don't get is if 73% in the poll want this thread gone and this asshole with it why are both still here ? if I want a soap opera I can try some daytime TV....... Let this guy post on C2C site they deserve each other...

Norry's new show pilot is entitled "We Are Not Going To Take It" with George Norry.  By that title, I understand it not to be about the paranormal or the strange and unusual.  It is more a current event and political show.  This illustrates his estrangement from Coast.

I don't mean to cross post.  It was also posted in the Falkie thread, but it is relevant in both threads.

Should change title to "we are not going to Watch it!"

I found this on youtube. The "Art Bell" part starts at 25 minutes in and runs to 29 minutes. The video is posted as:
Darkness Radio - June 12, 2015  Art Bell & Supernatural News That's right folks-three minutes of reading a press release and then thirty seconds of Schrader's opinion is the main topic for a one hour and forty-six-minute show.
Ride...ride my coattails, use Art's name, it's for free...

Didn't want to get into this but oh well... The fuss is I don't have a pay pal account and don't want one. And no it's not because I am not hip like you young folks,  been in the computer field since mainframes. Just plain stupid to limit to 1 option. Go research percentage of online transactions using it on amazon to start. Not main option for mainstream America , period,  most want to enter a CC number, instead to pay my little 5 bucks I first need to sign up for pay pal, just dumb business move.... Hiya Max, I'm Carson Sam ....  I allowed da hooman to not have me on her avatar on this forum ...but wanted to introduce myself to you  💜

Hi Carson Sam. You look like a cute little guy. I myself am huge, over 100 pounds and my head is bigger than Hoaglands. For fun I chase deer all day and try to  steal my daddy's beer. My one wish in life is to some day bite Dave in the ass.  Nice meeting you.  Max
