Its kind of hard if shes from canada isnt it?  Shes like a fat little shit dog barking behind a fence ( sorry dog world, to compare lasha to you)

A judgment would keep her out of the US permanently

I'd like to see Keith sue Lasha.
That ...ahem... lady and I use the term quite loosely has it coming to her.

It seems to me filing suit is inexpensive for the plaintiff if he doesn't plan on doing much more than that, while the defendants can rack up huge legal bills in setting up a defense.

If so, I'd encourage that.

Two words. Don't expect an explanation for that either, just more vagueness

She later posted them:  forensic audit.

In other words she's been told Keith's been stealing from Art, and thinks an audit of his records will show that.  Like someone else said, the only thing she ''knows'' is what Heather told her.  The same Heather who doesn't understand contracts, ownership, intellectual property, etc,, and believes mimicking Art's mannerisms is continuing his legacy.

We have a Constitution that can be amended  and I think that is much better than what goes on in your home country where your freedoms have been increasingly restricted.  Britain has turned into a country of cuckolds though the Brexit vote was a nice surprise.

Not only can our Constitution be amended in theory, it HAS been amended.  The First 10 Amendments - The Bill of Rights - and 17 more after that.

What is the Constitution Pud is berating?  Well, it creates the federal government; splits federal roles into three branches, and defines and limits the roles of each; and sets out various organizational structure in forming and running the government.  I'm not sure what Pud sees in any of that that he believes to be antiquated, but I'd be interested in hearing what it could be.

As far as the Amendments, the Left has done a fine job of tearing down and grossly restricting our rights in the first 10 against said government, although they are still technically in effect.  From his posts it appears he isn't happy with the slow pace of that.

In other words, Pud and others like him wish to take individual liberty from us and hand that power over to an ever expanding federal government.  They call that ''progress'', and anyone opposed to their schemes is said to be ''taking us back'', usually ''to the 1950s''.  Orwell had some interesting things to say about them.

"No American bank" is it?

You're LYING again...

Pud isn't interested in anything that contradicts his facts.  He wants to know where you get your information, but when you tell him he just goes right back to his incorrect information while accusing you of getting yours form some outlet other than what you tell him, but that he disapproves of.

If I were out making as many comments that are flat out refuted as Pud does, I'd be pretty POed at my sources and perhaps start to question them.  I'd at least expand the media outlets I consume, starting with those which I'd been shown to provide more information more accurately and more honestly than what I had been consuming.

Probably it's case of decision made long ago, then a perpetual search for ''news'' to back it up though

Prairie Ghost was right...she should sidle up to that old guy that owns KCAA and use their studio...rebrand completely with your idea...it's the only way to go...still, small chance given her ego and lack of skills...

Yeah, all the ideas and suggestions can't make up for the fact she simply doesn't have the aptitude for it.  Which is ok, few do.  Art did her a terrible disservice.

If she conducted herself differently, she'd at least deserve sympathy.

... As for my Wife she prefers her name be pronounced as Arron because that's how all Americans pronounce it, that is HER choice, not mine...

... I have never lied about anything...

I guess he forgot to tell her Irene is pronounced 'Irene' here in the US too

I honestly have no idea who owns the show or a percentage thereof. All you folks in the know need to point me to the contracts and such. Otherwise it's all speculation, which I'm game to play, just not taking any sides.

# TeamMe

I think it comes from these posts.  I suppose Keith could have given Heather an interest in his network, which owns the shows and hires the hosts, but that seems unlikely.  It certainly wouldn't have been a majority percentage

That is correct, I have had zero authority or financial interest since the day I left...

Let's see, again for the record, I do not make a penny from the current MITD and have not since the day I went off the air, nor will I. I help Heather with advice...

... I have no connection to the Network any longer. Yes I try to help Heather as she learns the ropes but that's all...

... I speak with Keith every now and then, I advise Heather in ways she can get better at what she loves doing and beyond that have zero part of the Network. I have offered to fill in as needed, that's it...

In the woods at night on a paved road, women always walk topless, with their hair styled, in kitten heels, velvet leggings.  And when we see a monster staring, of course we take our bra off.  Before he "seduces" us.

This is my understanding as well

So Art sets up a situation where Irene owns the house, yard, studio, and antennas, Karen owns the radio station, Keith owns the Dark Matter network and all the related shows and IP, Heather owns the trailer next door to Irene, some of the equipment is on loan from others, and all of them own a portion of Art's equipment.

And he apparently made promises to Heather regarding things that belonged to others.  That never had a chance to work for anyone when he died.  Why did he think it would?

... I will say again that Heather is miles and miles better in the last Year and that is my Professional judgment, it is also the Judgment of many people I respect...

Hey Art, no one wanted to tell you she sucked and they didn't like her personally.

"You may have won the battle but you can't win the war" - Vara just now

I have a feeling that her show will not be on tonight.  Dude seems a little upset about things.

Could Lasha have been lying about what Heather owns, was given, and what she's going to do when it comes to Keith?

Wow,  what a blatant attempt to run down art's name after he died.  Lots of speculation and drivel...

To be fair, we started putting out the speculation and drivel when he quit Dark Matter

... We can't have it every way, I cannot be all to everyone. Funny thing is, as I read your posts, (meaning everyone's) people put Art on a pedestal in one post and 5 posts later call him a quitter or that he phoned it in, or was perfect or unstable...

Phoned it in?

Pretty sure no one ever said that.  I think you're confusing him with George Noory.

I'm glad I was able to help.  Normal people aren't very interesting to me, either.  The more angst-ridden and damaged a person is, the more I can relate and the more they fascinate me.  Art was a mixed bag of tricks:  the more you got to know of him, the more one realized you had to take the good with the bad.  The "bad," for me, just made him all the more interesting:  both as a radio host and as a person.  His pain, from whatever source it arose (messed up childhood), made him able to go all that much deeper as an interviewer...

Are you sure?  Art seemed like a fairly normal guy who had an interest in the unknown, a gift for radio, and wisely chose to live away from the limelight to me.

We didn't find out he was a jerk until the Sirius fiasco, confirmed by the MITD fiasco and it's aftermath

Yes, loot the cartels for sure...but...garnish the remittances too! 8)

When that invasion force was on the way, uncontested by the Mexican military, we should have sent ours to put an end to it.

And taken out some of the low hanging cartel fruit on the way back.

Why, he doesn't know anything of interest the rest of us don't

I'd rather hear from Asia

well, you are aware SENDA does have a personal caregiver...

Is the caregiver's car still ''broken''?

Last night Dave had 2300 listeners, and Heater 700...I'll even argue at least 15-20% of Wad's listeners were trolls...

Before Art's death, Wad averaged 1250 listeners each night.

Time will tell...still very small compared to C2C of course....but nothing wrong with that.

She was very wise to hitch her star to Lasha.

But not the Crystal Gayle song...

Chrystal and the people who collaborated to write it own it - and those names were posted here multiple times when this saga began.

Any host can play it if they pay royalties, just like any other song

Public opinion.  We each get to decide who we believe.

It's not going well for Heather

We know this much however, Art did give Dreamland to Whitley, so there's that....

Keith owns Midnight in the Desert and all the IP.  It wasn't Art's to give.

He had her ''fill in'' when he left - which was apparently his right by contract (and plan all along), with Keith hoping he'd come back at least once in awhile.  Art wanted her to keep doing it and Keith acquiesced, not wanting to rock the boat with Art

Johnny Carson wanted David Letterman to take over "The Tonight Show," not Jay Leno. The network wanted Leno. The network had the final say.

Heather is no Letterman, but the analogy works.

And neither one of them tried to mimic him

Is it Ian's ego?  or that Ian is just more intelligent than many of the guests and doesn't buy their bullshit?

The times I'd like to slap him most are when he's talking to a caller during open lines, or when it's just him at the top of the show.

Next time he has an interesting topic, I'll give skipping the first hour a try
