As the Bard said: "what's in a name..."

"Automatic delegates: These 33 remaining delegates, formerly known as superdelegates, include 13 Democratic members of Congress and 20 Democratic National Committee members. These unpledged delegates’ votes are not determined by the ballot box, so they can vote for any of the candidates. However, the national Democratic Party decided that these delegates can no longer vote on the first ballot at the convention starting in 2020."
https://www.texastribune.org/2020/02/04/heres-how-texas-delegates-are-doled-out-presidential-primary/

https://www.270towin.com/content/superdelegate-rule-changes-for-the-2020-democratic-nomination

"Unpledged delegates, better known as superdelegates* will make up about 16% of Democratic Party delegates in 2020."

If there are 33 superdelegates, how could that constitute 16% of total delegates in 2020?  I'm confused.  And weren't there hundreds of superdelegates in 2016?

I think everyone remembers SnapT coming up with the name Midnight In The Desert.  I could be wrong.

Yep, total lie on her part.

Looking forward to this show w/DH.

And, btw, excellent Gabcast with Stellar. Interesting how everyone enjoyed it whether for or against his ideas. I thought you did a beautiful job of addressing many of Stellar's analysis techniques and conclusions that called into question his assumptions and beliefs without being harsh or mocking. Quite a feat, really. ;)

Amazing if username will allow it. :D

Thank you, sir!

Wow he is on almost every month.

I don't think I have listened to Coast to Coast for even five seconds since 2010.

Iowa was small time. Whether planned or just usual incompetence. The DNC also apparentlt changed rules to get billionaire Bloomberg into debates in some states (even if he not on ballot?) But earlier had them to kick out other candidates? And the DNC always have their "democratic" Super-Delegates to make things right....

I'm pretty sure they got rid of the superdelegate system after 2016.

I will take you up on your offer if Heater does more commentary about her alleged AB suicide, otherwise we'll all be experiencing another ghosting after her typical dumpster fires and no shows. No need to comment further about her sprained left foot/toes AWOL adventures. Too repetitive and boring at this point.

Ok, we'll see how things go with her show and get you on the GabCast when you think the time is right.

DynamoHum, looks like it's you and me. Pick a date and we'll plan it. I'd like it to be just prior to her return.

Well, I'd never let a man go hungry.  Or a queer like the Dickdr.  He can drain my lizard of it's man juice if he needs to feed.

You'd let another man put your penis in his mouth?  Yuck!

Fair and balanced.

Because a private citizen's trolling jollies are comparable to the machinations of an unaccountable multinational for-profit media complex that shapes public opinion in an effort to increase its own wealth and power.

She sure learned well from her master how to quit and come back over and over...

It wasn't a rhetorical question, though.  I genuinely am interested in the number.  I'm pretty sure it's three.

'Power without responsibility. The prerogative of the harlot throughout the ages.' Stanley Baldwin.

Funny.  I throw that quote around when discussing the corporate media's promotion of a fake dossier constructed by unelected government careerists in an attempt to remove a duly elected president.

Most here, or at least many, were already radio fans but for the rest of the country Rush really kept AM radio alive during times when it was tanking and is the anchor for many local AM stations.

If not for Rush and what he did for the AM band and the talk radio format, I would never have heard of Art Bell.  Art would have been some obscure figure on a single station somewhere, or he might not have been in radio at all.  Rush has altered the course of millions of lives and countless events.

I’m noticing some weirdness like blank white pages when I click on links. Everything OK?

It should be ok now.  Someone uploaded a photo with a huuuuuge resolution of like 15000x10000 and due to a bug in SMf it caused PHP to take a shit due to a memory management problem.  I've fixed it!

Ha!  Yeah, that's put this clown party in charge of completely fucking up the country.  ::)

Mayor Pete comes out and claims victory in Iowa despite no results having been released.  Meanwhile, the Bernie campaign releases internal metrics showing them winning handily with 40% of the vote counted.  As this is all happening, hashtags like #MayorCheat are trending, and I'm seeing DNC cleanup crews letting everyone know it's the Russians promoting those hashtags in order to divide the democrats.  Haha, holy hell, this election is going to be every bit as entertaining as 2016.
