It would have been fabulous.

Was there ever any mention of what YEAR for which October to get ready for?  8)

In our troll-like zeal, we never thought to consider this question.

Plus, he loves the ladies!

I really enjoy their boobs and butts and stuff. I like to touch them, too. Just ask Sonja Henie. She'll tell you how voracious my appetite for women is.

I'm going to kill next time someone responds to me with, "Right?"

That's not a response. It's meaningless. It's non sequitur. It's a verbal affectation that seems to have been adopted by almost every brainless twit under the age of 40. It's a replacement for actually using the brain to reply with something substantive.

I shut down when someone uses that in conversation with me. It gives the impression they aren't listening or they don't have the capacity to meet you half way in the conversation.

Oh, so ZTE Android doesn't mean Apple?

Today the most online count has said 138 all day. Weird.

I banned the IP addresses of hundreds of bots, mostly out of Hong Kong, for whatever reason.

What time are you planning to start drinking/do the show?

Probably 10 or 11PM US Eastern Time. But that could change depending on the needs of the co-host or my work.

Also, privatized prisons are pro anything that criminalize us, meaning they vote for more laws against us because we are their customers.

Indeed. Here's an idea for a law: Private prison corporations should not be allowed to lobby lawmakers, state or federal. They should be banned from donating to candidates or parties. They should be banned from publicly or privately advocating for or against any legislative initiative. Their employees shouldn't be allowed to vote or engage in any of the activities proscribed for their employer.

Even if that law were passed, I'd still want private prisons banned. People should be imprisoned by the same government that sent them there, and no profit motive should exist anywhere in the system.

Oh yeah. Seems to have resolved itself now though.

Is there anything you can guess might be causing it on your end? Odd that it would only be a specific thread or two.

I counted 31 shows in this run. Heather says she spent over 13,000 on the phones to prepare for it.  That means the phones cost her $419.35 per show.

She could have bought BellGab with that money!

Sorry, but I can't "lighten up" where the subject of our nation's for-profit corporate prison industrial complex is concerned.

Itís not over over over til she has been gone three months imo. That has been the time frame of all the other ghostings.

I resonantly think she might have a couple of shows left in her before this particular shit show ends til January time.

Wasn't there a six month ghosting at some point?

The Democrats eulogizing of Ellijah Cummings, of course, got a little over the top (Hillary just canít sound genuine, no matter what); especially for a man who, at least toward the end of his life, seemed to be nothing more than a rabid left-wing propagandist muckraker and often just an outright liar. He also claimed to be a Christain, who arenít supposed to lie and so he also lied about that. I guess in some peopleís minds anyone who ever knew Martin Luther King Jr. must be holy and incapable of deceit.

I'll remember Cummings for rats and this:

I hope the rats of Baltimore burrow into his coffin and eat the bag of J.P. Morgan money his wife hid there.

> SEAN DAVID MORTON:  STRIPPED, BEATEN AND DENIED RIGHTS IN PRISON URGENT!

Meh!  Who cares?

I do, since you asked.

Quote
Every day, the average American commits three felonies. So argues civil-liberties lawyer Harvey Silverglate in his new book ďThree Felonies a Day,Ē the title of which refers to the number of crimes he estimates that Americans perpetrate each day because of vague and overly burdensome laws.

It looks pretty clear to me that Morton deserves to be in prison. However, despite his apparently deserved incarceration, the abuse of prison inmates is something every civilized society should care about, regardless of any unfounded confidence we have as individuals that we'll "never end up there." I have no idea if Morton is actually being abused, but yes, I do care if he is.

When the federal government targets an individual, it scores a conviction apx. 95% of the time, often on charges having nothing to do with the original investigative impetus. A shameful 95% of those convictions aren't even the result of a trial. Instead, targets usually accept plea bargains for fear of financial ruin and likely conviction with, inexplicably, a larger sentence.

Three felonies a day? You? Me? Everyone?

There, but for the grace of God, go I.
