Do you listen to him? He is so funny. He's doing a guest appearance here  in DC and I have never laughed so much. Of course I think he exaggerates a lot and I don't agree with him most of the time, but he is so fun to listen to. He's like the man's oprah?

**I want to emphasize the "401" portion of this quote. George is notorious for fucking up words, mainly by leaving off key parts and endings. He thinks he's cool but he sucks. Who says that?

Ratings for e-commerce sites matter a lot to me because I buy a TON of yoga shit online. I usually buy it before I try it, so I rely on reviews. I heard about this dude from belkin? who was paying people on amazon to put up positive reviews on amazon for their products.

That sounds douchey to me because these people haven't had the chance to even TRY the product much less have HAD to buy it before rating.

BUT, let's be honest. THis kinda thing is common with non-internet selling too, right? Bacardi girls....are not just hot, they are creative awesome marketing tools. Nice movie reviews on shitty movies.

I actually tuned into the Fox News Radio stream. I listened for about 3 minutes to that champion John Gibson who got fired from FNC. He was talking about whether Obama is really black, because it's very important during these tough economic, corrupt times.

Anyway, this lady called in and talked and yapped and yapped and all I heard was "connected to the land" and then I hear the Coast to Coast intro and Ian Punnett's voice saying "east of the rockies, you're on". LOL George Isn't even good enough for Fox News Radio.

I know I have mentioned them before, but I really love this duo here in DC called Big O and Dukes. The station here did a 13 hour marathon including Mike O'Meara (of Don and Mike Show), The Junkies and BOAD. It was GREAT RADIO. Anyway, in the duo, Oscar (that's what the O stands for) said he had to leave early. It was basically Shit+Fan and it was fascinating to listen to. If you have iTunes (ha IF), search for Big O and Dukes or WJFK. Listen to 12-12-08 Huge Explosion between Oscar and Chad. Tell me if you think it is staged. I do not think so just because I know these two for a few years. They have come and gone 3 other times. But the station IS on the verge of flipping formats.... so who knows?

What do you think happened in Waco? David Koresh? As an Iranian, I think his claim to be the second Cyrus the Great is the stupidest thing. King Cyrus established the first order of human rights. Freedom of religion. I don't think David Koresh understood this.

I don't understand these kooky groups. America is so free and great, why do some people get caught up in this secessionist and cult behavior? Are they afraid?? Not just of the government, but of themselves? of God? I don't get it.

I have a family member who made a weird comment about Waco recently so I went back and read about the waco siege. This person has also made comments to me that "one day the government might come after me. I might be in jail one day." I won't say any more than this because it is heartbreaking for our family. We can't do anything. Anyway. It's religious stuff and it is rooted in this person's crazy way toward the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Help! Damn these churches. Now I know how some of my family felt when the Islamists came recruiting. But this is America! I dont get why in this environment, where we shouldn't have grudges or stress of the government in our life, people are attracted to this behavior.

Any thoughts? Do you think Waco was a conspiracy? If the government wanted to kill Davidians, that's silly to me, because that matyred them in a way and I doubt the ATF/FBI intended this. I truly believe, based on my family member, that the Davidians set the fire in 93 because of their obsession with fire and the end of days. The TV images of that are unforgettable and the symbolism for these Christians is deep....

Other nice things I can say about red necks include their love of life. Even when they are knocked down, I've seen them just be as happy as can be. I understand what Sybil said about red necks being freaked out by Hippies. I guess I am too. A little, though I kinda am one! The sort of hippies who get in your face and scare you and tell you the government is going to kill you, yea that's scary as hell and I dont blame them BUT that's one segment and they are mostly for that Larouche weirdo anyway.
