I got banned for oversmiting over on boomergab

I smithed as often as possible.   But I smited with a vengeance people who rubbed me a wrong way.
That's a great profile shot of the First Lady.

And  asking for Jackstar, how do you like being rubbed?

This clown of a manager should be air-dropped in Syria.

Plus, CVS sucks, in general.

What a cunt.

Radio and Podcasts / Re: Final Torrent

When I pm'd devoidzero for his Dropbox password, I told him about the Art Bell shows I had saved on Realtalk/Versacorder tapes. He encouraged me to look through them to see if I have any not on the Torrent or his Somewhere-in-Times. I found 12, though some are only partial.

With his patient instructions I changed them to MP3s on Audacity. I left the commercials and news in because I thought people might like at least a few shows where they can envision sitting down to their radio and listening to the Art Bell show, back in the day.

I couldn't believe it but I over heard 3 checkers at Ralph's gossiping and talking to each other and looking at one of their phones and heard one gal say "yeah, they really do that?" and the other said "yeah, well, I guess it is better it is done when they are a baby because they won't remember." And the other said "that is just so gross, stopping talking I'm trying to eat." I guess they were on break (but this took place at the end of the aisle right by the 'ready to eat food' and check-out area. Oddly this was in an area with lots of members of a certain Tribe so they could've gotten into trouble if over heard.

Which tribe?  Seminole?

This is all clearly a Clinton generated mess. Hillary brought up Ukraine to scare Biden out of the 2016 race. Then a couple of weeks before this came up again, Hillary and Warren had a meeting. IMHO, they orchestrated and leaked the whistleblower complaint. Warren gets out of it an attack on Biden and Trump without being linked to it. Hillary gets a back door attack on Obama and Trump and no telling what promise from Warren.
Warren promised the Vice Presidency.  Then 18 months in, Killer Clinton will make it's move.  The lizard ascends to the Big Chair.

In your case, there's no way the abuse wasn't your fault.

They didn't take into account how amusing this whole thing is. I think I'm going to a "haunted house" before Halloween. While I have never dressed up as an adult, I may get a giant turban, "brownface" make-up, a visitor badge reading "Hello, I'm Justin" and a liberal sign to wear. I figure I can offend Liberals, and every SJW in a several mile radius.

GOD bless you.

So is Pate a dash, a hyphen, a minus or all three now?
Who cares how he identifies?  He can call himself Mickey fucking Rourke for all I care.

Not now.  I found a way out of South King County.  I was very lucky in that we did not have a car breakdown on the way out, and the weather was in our favor.  It was a risky time to do a long distance move, in the summer, because I have heat intolerance real bad due to some medicine I take.  And two of my car windows don't work, there is no A/C, and the engine runs hot.  So, it was a risk to leave.  But, my unemployment benefits ran out, the landlady was raising the $50 anyway.  I already talked her into waiting a month so there was no more grace about it.   I had no way to pay rent at all anymore, no unemployment benefits, and no job in sight.  I wasn't getting enough job interviews.  So, I found a rather abusive person who has been willing to give me discounted rent in another county until I can get a leg up.  But, at least the move went fine.  The car did not get too hot.  We were not trapped in any asthmatic pile-ups on the freeway with no exits in sight.  We did not get stranded in direct sun.  Everything went off without a hitch. I was so glad.  I really didn't want to get sick or have to go to the hospital from sun stroke.  It went great.

I had to sacrifice $600 in good possessions like new black-out drapes, some neat practical deco items, a queen feather comforter, an exercise bike, fans, my best 2 frying pans (one irreplacable), & the blender I've loved forever, etc...  I also had to sacrifice $300 in non-perishable, nutritious food, including my emergency food supply at the time.  We filled 2 small cars and did GTFO.

King County had many fine attributes and is in no way "dying" but South King County is a harsh place for a woman and an elderly, disabled cat who have no one else.  I was there many years, and had great living arrangements for many years, but housing out-priced me.  In the event that I could end up homeless, I didn't want to be in South King County when it happened.  But I have a lot of good things to say about the general area.  I miss it plenty.  The problems in this video are not unique to Seattle.  They are occurring everywhere, especially near cities.  And the homeless are NOT all druggies or mentally ill.  I've talked to them; I've known couch surfers.  Many are just people who can't afford sky-rocketing housing, and have good relatives, spouses, or friends to fall back on.

How awful!  And not a single Appleby's within walking distance.  I don't know how you do it.

When I chose the name Tangerine, Tangy Tangerine wasn't even on my mind.  I just chose the name because in the last 40 years in the Pacific Northwest of the USA,
You live in Seattle, don't you?
