If you have paid for your subscription via paypal using renewal feature, just open your paypal account, go to activity and cancel the renewal feature.  That way CTM cannot (as far as I am aware) cancel your subscription until the expiry date.  If you purchased a full year and still have many months to go, an email to CTM may provide a partial credit but the system is currently so screwed up that I doubt you would have a satisfactory outcome.  I was "gifted" a free month during the miraculous transfer to the still staggering new platform, that has since been cancelled - go figure that out (although I did give that free month to Bomar, they may have followed through).  I think John is a secret Luddite, and gets confused with technology vs technology that functions.

Why hasn't John gone live?  Could this be the reason he does't take callers!!!!

The following was reported just after Hillary's interview with Matt Lauer, where she was asked a question that she had not pre approved.  Donna finally got her revenge.
"  Since Hillary does not allow any staff to have cell phones when she is in their presence, no footage is available, but Hillary will never let this rest.  She has made it clear that she wants Matt Lauer to be “persona non grata â€" for putting her on the spot.”
      Interim DNC chairman Donna Brazile, the first black woman to hold the position, was singled out by Hillary during the rant.   She screamed at Donna, “I’m so sick of your face.   You stare at the wall like a brain dead buffalo, while letting that f â€" â€" â€" ing Lauer get away with this.   What are you good for, really?   Get the f â€" â€" â€" to work  janitoring this mess â€" do I make myself clear?”
       A female NBC executive said that Donna Brazile looked at Mrs. Clinton and never flinched, which seemed to enrage Hillary all the more.  The executive continued, “It was the most awful and terrible…and racist display â€" such a profane meltdown I have ever witnessed from anyone,  and I will never forget it.  That woman should never see the inside of the oval office I can tell you that.  She was unhinged and just continued to verbally abuse everyone â€" she was out of control.”
