I thought that already happened?  :o

No, that was just a nasty gram from the attorneys....that always happens first, and is very cost effective. However, the next step of a cease and desist requires you to make the case in front of a judge...that costs significantly more.

But, if you have the money, it can happen rather quickly...especially if the other side does not show up to the hearing.

Donít get so excited.  Art was a disc jockey at the station in Tijuana. His air name was Art Trey and he specialized in playing triple spins. Iíve heard his old airchecks.

If Heather Wade traded what is left of her youth, to go 85K in debt to buy a cuckshed in the parking lot of basically a nursing home, then she is a huge moron. What idiot is so friendless that she doesn't have to worry about her every movement being noticed by her boss? She basically took out a mortgage to be a backup babysitter to Art and his kids.  Whether or not his "legacy" went on was of no concern to him or he'd have stayed at Coast. Or Sirius. lol This guy had "staff" and he made them pay in some way to be there.  The only winner in this game is Airyn and she earned every penny of that 10 mil in my eyes.  ;D ;D ;D

I think the only reason Art stopped "Quitting" with Airyn is that he knew he was a sick old man and would need a live in nurse. Art seems like the kind of person that never learned to cook or clean and a 3rd world wife is cheaper than a maid. Plus...free sex. Kids were probably just to keep her busy and not asking too many questions.

Due to my laptop having a windows update yesterday (win 10), my laptop is broken. This morning I'm expecting some ms techie guru to call me back (spent nearly an hour on the phone yesterday with a 'tier one' agent somewhere in India). Today it will be 'tier two's' turn to go through various things that won't make my laptop boot up.

Naturally I intend to get Senda to tell me how to start a class action lawsuit against Microsoft.

That said (I'm typing on my phone here), I put the idea of myself and herself driving down to Martinez to pick up Fat cunt and Slow Kathy, bring em back to west Sac to rummage through their self storage unit and later treat them to a slap up meal before the four of us retire to a little seedy place a friend's brother's girlfriend's uncle knows of where we can indulge in some quite (to the uninitiated) revolting sexual abandonment. Laura is quite negative about the prospect, and as soon as my left eye opens up enough for me to see properly, I'll be able to type up her full opinion of the idea. But I don't think it will happen.

Fuck Senda with a mildew ridden pine tree.

Most generous of you...can you have a go-pro running the whole time?

Go to those places and test out the age of consent, and see how quickly you end up in jail if caught.

While the general age of consent is now set between 16 and 18 in all U.S. states, the age of consent has widely varied across the country in the past. In 1880, the age of consent was set at 10 or 12 in most states. By 1920 ages of consent generally rose to 16Ė18. Hawaii, changed consent from 14 to 16 in 2001. Until the late 20th century many states had provisions requiring that the teenage girl must be of previous "chaste character" in order for the sexual conduct to be considered criminal. In 1998 Mississippi became the last state to remove this provision from its code.

Yes, age of consent laws can be unsettling.

You seem to be arguing for lowering our consent age in the US...that's disturbing.  :-\

I drew those by hand, maybe a year ago for Rally Squirrels Falkie Fund store, very simple, but fun.

Nice! Love em

Appreciate that, Chefist.  It took quite some time- but as I said, I would not trade that time even knowing how it turned out...  I remember years ago it sure seemed like Garth Brooks "the dance" was the most bitter sweet song out there.... Still gets me, sometimes.  :-\

I've lost many loved ones, but not a mate...cheers, brother.

Apparently posters from Japan who are infatuated with all gays being deviants.

Well that makes sense.

According to John B James O'Keefe may be gay. I don't see him attending too many fuck parties. Matt Drudge and Shepard Smith on the other hand...

Who cares...

You like to take isolated cases and apply them to all. Some of the nicest, best people I have ever met were homosexual. Grow up dude.

First openly gay ambassador was appointed two weeks ago, to Germany...hope he lights their asses up! Ha...well, figuratively speaking.  ;D ;)

Japan started to send the Coast Guard to protect the whaling ships.

JC...why are you still killing whales? Come one...you don't need oil for lamps...there are plenty of animals to buy on the open market...it can't taste that good? The US has ZERO market for whale meat and blubber...ZERO

Years ago, one of my first serious girlfriends killed herself.  At one point in time, I had regretted ever having known her.  In the end, I would not trade my time with her for anything.

What is the point of this?  Without your having seen the post from Art, you would have missed the last several years of fun here on BG and getting to know great posters such as...  Well- such as Senda Brig (see what I did there, Brig?) ;)  Thank Liberace that you found that post.

Wow...sorry to hear that.
