Good question. In top of everything, I live near Charleston SC and water saturated thru my brick chimney and wind tore up half the roof. Got inside and one of my bedroom ceilings fell in! So if this guy is in Idaho, how does he get to SC? He has to ck the tools and materials and the crew has to live with you? Lic ins etc?

And an entire gee wiz off, of course after they jack the price up $1500!!

When I was growing up I had a friend who lived there, and I all I remember is tromping through woods -- it was FAR less developed then. (Her father was in the FBI and for some reason lived away from the masses.) It was an experience that a kid doesn't have in Seattle, so i have fond memories. I'd be your neighbor and we can share the dock. And boat.
