Is anyone else having trouble with BELLGAB.COM going down?

I just lost it for 30 minutes. Last night I lost it for the latter half of the night.  This has happened quite a few times lately.  i just filed a trouble ticket with ComCast.
Trace Route shows it losing the connection between these two hops when it dies:

- 8    29 ms    25 ms    26 ms  as29802-1-c.56marietta.ga.ibone.comcast.net [23.30.207.178]
- 9    29 ms    31 ms    34 ms  162-216-7-106.static.hvvc.us [162.216.7.106]

This indicated the possibility that BELLGAB.COM is rejecting my connection as it always fails at the last hop.

When it's down I can access it via a proxy without issue.
I'd really like to know if anyone else has had this problem recently.

That happens when you refresh too quickly.  Count to five between refreshes/next link clicks and it won't happen anymore.  It's a server-side anti-DDOS feature.
