First off, yes Alex Jones is full of disinformation and is a loudmouthed dick. That however shouldn't detract from you actually looking at some CREDIBLE evidence regarding 9/11. There are plenty of people with outstanding credentials in physics, engineering, etc etc, who have examined the events and put forth essays/reports that raise ALOT of questions.
Just check out the scholars for "911 Truth and Justice" (not to be confused with the original "Scholars for 911 Truth" which became a hotbed of disinformation and whacky theories causing the more scientifically credible members to desert and form their own group).

MentallYImpairedPanda added a link that is a perfect example of credible evidence that should evoke doubt and prompt people to demand further investigations into 9/11.
It should also be said that the 'credible' researchers into 9/11 DO NOT imply that the government carried out the attacks...They simply point to evidence that showers doubt on the official government report on 9/11. They don't jump onto wild hair-brained theories of which they have no evidence.

To let a bunch of loudmouthed conspiracy theorists like Alex Jones taint the authentic truth movement is simply nonsense. But I'm sure the government loves it when people like AJ come out and rant and rave so much disinfo that anyone credible is overshadowed by them and automatically labeled a conspiracy whack job too.

Keep an open mind and search for credible information- Don't lump everyone together in one pot.

And yes, the ridiculousness of AJ's reasoning and evidence is simply retarded... Either he is just shilling for higher ratings and more money; is really THAT stupid; or is a government shill bent on destroying any legitimacy provided by credible people (on any number of topics).
My guess is that it's a combination of the first two. ;)

I agree.  He is a obstacle to any deeper 'truth', and has a Ph.D. in Snake Oil Sales.

Frys Girl,

You'll have to forgive me if, as an American and a Jew, I remain unconvinced (underline that) that Iran should not be a source of fear or concern for the West and Israel. Indeed, your comment on Radio Trainwreck that "Iran has neven done terrorism" made me laugh and puke at the same time. Is this the same Iran in which the entire Islamic Revolution began? The same Iran that made a near messiah of the Ayatollah Khomeni? The same Iran that has been and continues to develop long range missile delivery systems, and is now actively seeking to develop nuclear technology, i.e., that can be turned into nuclear warheads to be placed in those missiles? The same Iran that claims they only want nuclear technology for producing energy for their country, even though they have enough oil to produce more energy than they'll ever need? The same Iran that has issued fatwas against one person after another? The same Iran whose money has indisputably financed terrorist groups in the region, which have carried out one ghastly attack after another? The same Iran which just ordered its state police to open fire on voters in Tehran, gunning down innocent people as a show of power and to intimidate citizens against voting for anyone besides the ruling mullahs?
Immigrants come here from all over the world, we are, as the cliche goes, a nation of immigrants. I don't care that you're here now and enjoying all the fruits of life in America--opportunity, freedom, prosperity, basic rights, etc. But when you then criticize "U.S. foreign policy in the region" as you did on the air the other night, you piss me off, just as I get pissed off when any immigrant who comes here and enjoys all that our country has to offer attempts to separate those fruits of liberty from our nation's foreign policy. There is no separation between the two. We have the good life we have here precisely because we defend our country and safeguard its interests in the world, especially when people who continuously announce their intentions to kill us and destroy Israel persist in doing exactly that--whether it's 9/11, 7/7 in London, the Spanish train bombing, the unending homicide bombings in Israel that the media apparently feels no need to report, or what have you. When it comes to Fundamentalist Islamic terrorism, this does not originate discretely from one Muslim nation or terrorist group or another. It is a network in which all such entities are involved, whether they supply financing, equipment, training, or safe harbor for the terrorists. And it all started in Iran in 1979. Enjoy life in America, but do not kid yourself about your country of origin, and do no insult my intelligence by making the same tired, hackneyed and fallacious arguments attempting to separate America's domestic life from its foreign policy or government. It is all one. Take it or leave it.

M

The serious mess with the Shah was only part of the impetus for the neanderthal nut cases who took over Iran.  There was also the centuries old rising and ebbing tide of bloodthirsty, conquering, mindless, radical Islamists.  They just used our misguided policies as a reason for their establishment of a caveman type government in Iran.

You have no need to defend anything.  The Iranian people speak for themselves, as they are right now, with innocent blood.

Well. I went back to page one of this thread and the "modify" option is not available any more.

Anyone know how to delete your own posts? Thanks.

Yes, we need to know how to delete or modify ALL of our previous posts.

Two things will keep it that way;

1) and most important  You guys, who have been consistently thoughtful and tasteful (yes you HAVE -- you know you have) should stay that way and set the example for all who come after.

2) Moderation (which, please GAWD - should continue to be a rare event. )

I think we'll be just fine  :-*

Totally agree - that's why I think is is so important to emphasize what we are for as much as what we are against, with taste and humor.

In the podcasts for C2C, you don't get any music. However, on Friday night podcasts, George plays the entire UFO Phil song. And he always makes a comment afterward like "Awwwww yea. No one does it like UFO Phil."

Why does UFO Phil get this special treatment?

It makes great airtime filler so Snoory doesn't have to think or express an independent thought.  That stupid song reaches the creative heights of Dr. Morgus.

This is why the empty suits keep Noory around:

If a new "Mel" came along it is unlikely that George would be able to cultivate it into an interesting call and topic.

Random Topics / This site is extremely important

Where else are we going to find a true C2C fan site that actually expresses the truth?  Only here at coastgab.com.  Thank you Mike.

I believe we are more than just devoted to Noory criticism, - we are trying to maintain the 'soul' of what Art Bell established.  Throughout the pages of this site you will read the thoughts of good people who mourn not only the absence of the genius of Art Bell, but the transformation of the C2C show into a shell of its former self.  In my opinion, only George Knapp begins to approach the depth of intellect and entertainment acumen that Art provided on a daily basis.  If only Art Bell knew that part of 'The Quickening' was the destruction of C2C by George Noory.  George would probably be marginally acceptable as a St. Louis talk host, or more appropriately, a stand in for Chopsley, but not a nationally syndicated show that previously reached the entertainment heights established by Art.

If the C2C management dares to peruse this site, take heed, we represent millions of Coast listeners.

NO. But you raise a good point. Noory sucks at his ads. I have compared the C. Crane ads by Noory, Ian, and Rollye James.

Ian is the best followed by Rollye. Noory basically fails and is disqualified from consideration.

I am sure everyone has noticed that Snoory's style of broadcasting is to talk like he is in front of a thousand people - you know, the "tone of voice....", especially in the opening review of the news (where he happens to make the most mistakes due to a total lack of preparation).

Whereas, all of the other hosts talk like they are sitting next to you having Earl Grey tea in front of a comforting fireplace.  It really is a matter of professional ability.  George, as a host, could be salvageable, but he does no research for his program, and never pre-reads anything.  The management should really wake up and offer George Knapp the primary host position.

Use Google to learn how to remote view:

PAGE 242 WORKING THE MATRIX: THE RANDOM INTUITION EXERCISE
"Get on the Internet and pull up Google search engine. Then, if you've got a decision to make or simply want to explore some option, pick a key word you're deciding about: job, house, spouse, child, car, Buick, money, Tucson, Mauritius, or just about anything. Type in the word and hit return, letting the Google search engine find the sites it associates with your key word. You will see a list of sites, probably thousands of sites stretching across thousands of pages. Without exercising too much thought, pick any site at random and lick on it. What comes up? Whatever it is, try to associate that site with your decision. Now, interpret what you see, Pick another. What do you see? Do this over and over and you will see how your might decision lay itself out. The more key words you select and the more sites you visit and interpret, will ultimately guide you toward your decision."

Ok. So basically, George is suggesting that people do research and imagine the outcomes? and Think about the consequences of their choices? WOW!!!!!!!!! HOly shit. He is getting paid for this guys. I hope this hurts you as much as it hurts me. If George can make it, anyone can, right?

The highlight above just about sums ups his career.
